I work with someone whos becoming a woman, i knew her (yes i say her) when she was a man and since becoming a woman she is so much happier, her confidence is better and shes a wonderful person. If they feel it will help them then why not?
She has her operation in a few weeks... |

That sounds like telling someone clinically depressed just to pull themselves together. Or someone with social anxiety just to talk more. Or someone with panic disorder just to stop worrying. It's something more complex than that.
Getting a sex change operation is fine with me since it makes the person feel better. |

But if you want a sex change simply because you fear coming out of the closet, you need to try harder at accepting yourself for who you are. |
