It would be something like.... Do you take French?? It would be so much easier to explain! Uhm... See... You would pronounce it like the French pronounce [ g ] in a certain word. I can't give you a better explanation.... Damnit xD

...and so on. Like if you were to say "I have a "ž" in my last name", how would you call the letter? Would you just pronounce it as a sound or does it have a certain name?

ž doesn't have a name the "normal" letters have them but š đ č ć ž don't, you just call them the same way as you make the sound while reading them
