Therefore, I don't like him that much. But I do understand that he is good. I guess I"m more into slap-style bassists and stuff been loving some Marcus Miller lately cause he's amazing and Stanley Clarke is just classic hmm if you're into slap, i'm surprised you don't like flea. he's the master of slap [in modern day music]. and i've never heard of anything about him that would make him an asshole, but if you think so, ah well.

Falling In Love With The Board Age: - Gender: Female Posts: 5244	January 4th, 2007 at 11:36pm Merche: I'm more into jazz music at the moment though and its not so much as I don't like flea's playing style but more like I don't like the band as a whole and trust me I've seen all this crap he's constantly saying that makes him seem pretty arrogant to me probably wouldn't wave at me like Victor Wooten did is still obsessed with that moment in her life and I think Marcus Miller will always be the master of slap ;D ah the bass in jazz music is pretty nuts for sure. they get the catchy lines and i do love it. too bad i dislike the trumpets [instrument that annoys me to no end]. marcus miller, i've never heard, maybe i should check it out. [and more on topic...] i think jason newsted is quite a good bassist. i know many would disagree because he was up against cliff burton, but besides that fact, he's good.
