Oh god, It's not worse then the AMAs.

But Billie's speech for Tom Petty was pretty cool - he stuttered but I always seem to find the negativity in it.

And I loved how Mariah Carey's assistant wrote her speech in her palm pilot and Billie wrote his own speech on a small piece of ripped notebook paper
