Age: 16 Gender: Female Posts: 3380 | September 11th, 2006 at 11:51pm I got my Rude Boy at Inner Sleeve, a nice little record shop. Buuuuut. Some idiot arson-ed it last week. The police think because they broke in and stole stuff, so I can't get anything from there for a while. It was a total loss. And it's worse because I know the owner. He played football with my dad. But that hasn't got much to do with the Clash... |

I get my records and stuff from a shop in DC called Crooked Beat Records.
Brilliant name, right?
The owner seems to be a cool guy, he loves The Clash, and claims to have met Joe and Mick. |

She threw it away?
My mom just likes 80's music, Rick Springfield, Duran Duran, Flock of Seagulls, and 80's hair metal, Motley Crew and Ratt....
She was like positive she was going to have a kid who loves that stuff, and she says "I wasn't especting this...I never liked The Clash, and I remember seeing that stupid armadillo on TV, and its strange 20 years later I'm seeing it again. " |

Age: 16 Gender: Female Posts: 3380 | September 19th, 2006 at 01:22am I heard Train In Vain on the radio the other day. It's the first time I heard it on the radio. Otherwise, the other Clash songs I've heard were Rock the Casbah and Should I Stay or Should I Go. [on the radio.] |
