and Im pretty sure it's his fault that California is sinking off into the ocean.
Well actually california is sinking into the ocean because of the rise in sea level caused from ice melting which is caused from global warming and America is the main contributer to green house gases which causes global warming. And bush is the only G8 leader who does not want to try and put a restriction on the usage of green house gases.
It wasn't just Bush though neither the Clinton administration nor the Bush administration sent the Kyoto protocol (which agreed to legally binding reductions in greenhouse gas emissions of an average of 6 to 8% below 1990 levels between the years 2008-2012) to Congress for ratification - arguably because the U.S. Senate would have rejected it anyway.

Same sex marriages should be allowed, if people have found love they should be able to celebrate in any way they like no matter what their sexual orientation may be.
I know a number of homosexual couples who have been together for a lengthy period of time, many of these couples have even had children through the help of IVF. Which displays that the are in fact serious about their relationship, so why not give them the same oportunities as heterosexual couples.
I fully support it, equal rights for all.

i think its good that gay couples can get married to show how much they do really love eachother, but i dont think its right them adopting children as one day your adopted child could turn around to them and ask why they have 2 dads/ 2 mums while his other friends have got mums and dads. and also the child will probably get the mick taken out of him at school and that
yeah but there are alot of kids who really need homes
would you rather live with drug addicted parents who dont feed you and rape you?
or would you rather get made fun of at school a sometime?

have I mentioned that you're one sided?
alright, I know Jefferson started the whole propaganda trend and made it an American tradition, but honestly who said, "I don't care if they're stuck with rapist, incestual, crack addict heterosexuals, as long as they aren't stuck with those queers!"
#1 don't compare using an opposing extremist view and a moderate supporting view, that's propaganda
#2 this isn't the gay parent section, this is about gay marriage
we have them seperated because some people have an opinion on one, and not the other, and some people (like you) have an opinion on anything that your role models do and you will regurgitate "facts" that are irrelevant to the discussion
just saying, get back on topic and quit using skewed scenarios that are irrelevant and/or nonexistant

If you get all the same rights by signing this binding contract, I think it would be easier just to call it marriage, so as not to have activists going for your throat just because it doesn't have the same name.
Now don't get me wrong, I 100% support homosexuals getting the same rights, as I probably stated a million times before I dissappeared, but it's really pointless to argue over tiny problems like not having the same name. One side of the war needs to admit this is stupid and shut up about the whole thing. If wishing was reality
i think that they should do what they want. theyre the same as other couples

marriage is unconstitutional anyway
it's "just a name" to most people because they associate it with gettign benefits from the government, getting divorced, and (unless she's on crack) the woman gets most of the stuff (don't get mad, get everything, Susan B. would be proud)
but in fact, marriage was started as a religious tradition, and I'm surprised that the "seperation between Church and State" hippies aren't out for this
but of course, like all of us, they're greedy bastards who are just looking at the money and the fact that they don't have it
they don't look at the fact that the money and benefits are not supposed to be given by the government to the Church
seperation of Church and State means that the government doesn't benefit from the Church or change it, and the Church doesn't affect the government
let's break it down for you people who don't like to read stuff (and let's face it, that's most of the people in here
-marriage is a religious tradition
-the U.S. is founded on seperation of Church and State
-the fact that the U.S. gives benefits to people who fufill the religious tradition of marriage is unconstitutional
-(this really doesn't matter, homosexuals get almost all of the same benefits if they know how paperwork works)
-the government should give the benefits to all couples who sign a paper saying "we will live together in harmony for the good of the country" and even though it's a complete lie it's no longer unconcstitutional and it doesn't disgrace the religious tradition which is pretty beat up now
-this post doesn't matter because there will be a bunch of stereotypical fucking idiots who have been brainwashed by liberals (I know conservatives brainwash too) who will say, "they r teh sam as strate copels so they shold have teh sam rites" and I will flame them to the fullest extent of GSB law

Well i could lie and debate it but i do believe the sanctity of marriage shoudl stay between man and wife. so i'm quoting to stop nick bitching

Then I guess that must make me a brainwashed liberal because I believe people should all be equal.

Homosexuals are no different that anyone else.
They look the same, they act the same, they are exactly the same as heterosexuals, in every respect bar one. Yet they are still treated differently.
Of course they should have the right to adopt children, to be married, to do everything a heterosexual couple can do.
for starters they dont look anything like the same, everyone is an individual, they definately dont act the same,
and they shouldnt be able to get married its against nature they cant make their own babies its just all wrong.
and please dont reply back talking in a language i dont understand I.E. huge words that make you sound like your right.
I would passionately advise you to seek counsel from a thesaurus or dictionary if you find my grammatical composture behemothically advanced for your intellectual capacity.
I do believe your mentality is abhorrently medieval and I rebuke your mindset. My point in case is that homosexuals are of the same element as the average anthropoid and thus should be treated as such. Thankfully, the majority of most reasonable people would acquiesce with me. Love is love; no matter what gender persues it. I can only optimize that the rest of humanity shares this same aspiration although I do not bemoan the fact that you yourself have chosen such a thorny path of close mindedness.
