I don't think he would look similar to Joey at all. Joey and Jakob look more like Adrienne, and she's like hispanic. If Bailey is supposed to look like Scarlette Johanssen then I'd think he would have lighter hair. 'Cause Billie's natural colour is light, not dark.

Anywho...here's a graphic I made of the lil' family of six as they will look during part 2 which will take place in the year 2023: [from left to right: Bailey, 22; Beulah, 43; Vegas, 17; Mike, 51; Rory, 15 & Estelle, 26] Granted Beulah and Mike obviously don't look their ages in the pic but I tried to find one where they could pass as older...ish.
