The instructions given there are for you to update your story for when the new site is up. If you want your stories to be active by then you must write a description for your story.
For more info on this click here.
Now, what you want is to submit a new chapter, to do that you just have to click on the " Stories" button, you'll find it right next to the update your stories one. |

Uh, ok I use to be really bad at spelling (but not like omg bad but, somethings don't makes sense and what not) when I posted my story but it was still put up, and I just wanted to know if there maybe a way could get to it and fix it up, with out having to delete my story and re-posting it |

Yes you can PM en editor with what needs to be copyed and pasted into the chaoters you want changed.
Story editors are written in GREEN at the bottom on the main forum page... |

The only length they have to be is that each chapter needs to FILL the entire text box when you submit it. 
Other than that the number of chappys can be as many or as few as you want. In fact many folks have submitted one-shots(1 chappy stories) |

Memories Of Your Intoxicated Love
I would be really grateful to any editor who would change the title for meh.
