Other Green Day Fanfiction sites

Not that I have anything too awfully negative about the storyboard here on GSB, I just want to know if there are other Green Day fanfiction storyboards to where I can post my stories and get them out to a fresher audience. As many have discovered, they are rather hard to come by as this isn't exactly an area most fanfiction boards cater to because it's not based upon fiction (Like, Harry Potter for example).

If anyone knows of a good one, would you please be kind and post it here? I will contiue to update my current stories (Warning, My Fair Lady) here but, like I said, I'm just jonesing for a fresh audience as others may be as well.

Meh. AFF just has a section for Green Day fanfics. That's why I mentioned it.


But I don't think that you're going to find a place to post anything like GSB.
So you'll probably have to settle for something smaller. Ya know?
Maybe post on LiveJournal, or something.

actually, fanworks.org does, too. if u like my fiction, shenanigans *oh lookie, i'm advertising myself lol* i owuld go there to read it because it gets updated sooner than on here, just because of the way that when my friend and i upload it on here *both of our sections combined* it takes longer and we just upload chapter by chapter on there. it's really fucked up, the way they make u upload it though. but it is a really good fiction site.

a random bit of information: fanfiction.net doesn't have a music section. it was taken down like 3 or 4 years ago. i just started using the site then when i was still writin s club fictions and they took it off. well i was in a fiction group and we all formulated a plot to put our fictions in the adam-12 section *it's a cop show back in the day* cuz no one used it. needless to say, all of our accounts got deleted.

im a dork, i know.

If you just search LiveJournal, you'll find an assload of communities with hundreds of members for Green Day het, slash, whatever.

That whole 'no slash' thing is actually prejudice if you think about it. As long as it's not sexually explicit and follows the same guidelines expected of 'hetero' stories on GSB, there should be nothing wrong with it. It's like saying gay and lesbian storylines are wrong, and who's to pass judgment?

I'm just saying...as long as it follows the basic 'no sex' policy, slash should be accepted just as much as anything else. Y'know?
