"The Mighty Boosh have set their sights on a feature film.
Star Noel Fielding says a production company has already expressed an interest in adapting their surreal BBC series for he big screen.
He told The Sun online: ‘We'd desperately like to make a Mighty Boosh movie.
‘We've already got some ideas, know who we would like to work with and have had some interest from a production company.
‘I think it would work better in a film than it does on telly. Half an hour is too short a time for us. We need to explore the worlds that we're in and at the moment we're struggling to get everything in.
‘We'd like to have Timothy Spall in it, he's a big fan. Also Steve Coogan would like do something for us. He offered to appear in the last Mighty Boosh series but was too busy - he would make a great baddie." |
