billy talent actually challenge me when playing guitar. i was trying their songs today, and i couldnt play most of them. haha. i can play the intro to "the ex", most of the intro to "lies", basically all of "try honesty" and "cut the curtains", and the intros to "fallen leaves" and "this is how it goes" though.

XD Sweet. I can play a few of their songs on bass.. uhm.. Try Honesty, Prisoners Of Today, This Suffering, Red Flag and Surrender. :] I know a bit or Worker Bees, but damn.. Jon's fast. XD

i haven't tried any on bass, but i do want to try "worker bees". i'll just have to stop being lazy and re-tune my bass (since the E string is a half step too high and the other are a half step too low compared to what they play in).

The tabs are actually quite easy, but the problem is keeping up with the rhythm of the bass in the song. :]

okay... i've got the intro down haha. you're right, it is simple... especially if you play it in standard tuning, because then it's all 3's.

hey, the posted the tour dates on their site (incase you haven't already seen it)

they're playing detroit on november 15 at the state theater with thursday and rise against. and it's $20 in advance and $23 at the door.

that's expensive as shit, but hey, they're billy talent. i think i'd only pay that much for billy talent or the smashing pumpkins (even though it's olive oil's money, but i dont want him to spend too much on us or anything)
