Left to right: Jon Devoto, Shawn Harris, Justin San Souci, Matt Whalen Jon Devoto (Guitar) - November 26, 1985 Shawn Harris (Vocals/Guitar)- June 24, 1982 Justin San Souci (Bass) - March 19, 1982 Matt Whalen (Drums) - November 5, 1982 They are from Oakland, California. They have three cds: "E. Von Dahl Killed The Locals" "Decomposer" & "A Band In Hope" They were known as The Locals, but had to change their name because of another band named The Locals in Chicago, hence "E. Von Dahl Killed The Locals" Shawn does graphic designs. He has a company that he co-owns called Oxen.
