I only decided to check out RATM a few months ago and hell I adore them!!! It IS a shame that Audioslave don't have the same rebelness or political lyrics, but I guess that is why they are a different band. lol. You can't compare the two.... But hey this is a RATM thread so I'll shut up about the "other bands". Yeah... Rage are fantastic. I wish I had discovered their music before they split, it would have been an awesome experiance to see them live. I can't wait to hear Zack's solo stuff, I hear he's coming back... <3

It feels a lot darker than their first, I like that... I have a question though... does anyone know who the hell this Maria is? I mean, she may not even be a real person, but she seems to be mentioned in a lot of songs on the album and I wondered if she was anyone special in Zack's life or something. The way the lyrics sounded makes her seem like a sisterly figure to me but I dunno I could be talking bollocks. I normally am.
