(Is my spelling correct) I'm asking for the whole story. Thanks! Green Day were touring in Minnesota in 1990 and Adrienne was at one of their shows. After the show ended she asked Billie Joe where she could get a copy of their album. They started going out but it was a long-distance relationship since Green Day were constantly touring. For a while they kept in contact by phone but eventually stopped. Then Adrienne became engaged to another guy (his name was Billy haha) but they broke up. Green Day arranged several Minnesota tours so Billie Joe could see her, and then he asked her to come out to California. Two weeks later, they got married on July 2, 1994 in Billie Joe's backyard. The rest is history. =]

They were two different tours though. One was with MCR opening, and another was with Jimmy Eat World opening.

Billie let Mike name a lot of the songs off Dookie and says that Mike gives them the weirdest names and even he sometimes doesnt know what it means, however, emenius is a derivative of the word 'emetic', which is a medicine that makes you feel sick. I presume Sleepus is just sleep.. so yeah. lol.

(thats what I read in rolling stone at least)
