I've been saying it for so long but I don't know if it's right xD There is audio of BJ actually saying it somewhere, I will hunt it out and let you know. I always just pronounced it Pass-uh-lah-kwuh. I may be wrong, which would seriously mess with my head since I've called it that for years but I think that's right.
