alan davis is either a genius or an idiot sort of like karl pilkington. You have one of my favorite quotes of his in your sig.
I love Stephens books as well. Has anyone read Moab is my washpot? I cant find that one anywhere. I read The Liar and The stars tennis balls, I loved those two. |

My friend bought me Moab last year for my birthday.
I absolutely LOVE that book.
I always respected Stephen Fry but I never realised, until I read Moab Is My Washpot, how much I could relate to him. |

I don't know, it's just the way he writes.
Like if he's explaining about being frustrated about something. He'll really get into it and change the size of the writing to show just how annoyed he is, and for some reason you can totally understand what he's going on about. It's almost like... "God yeah, i'd do that too if I was him."
Also, it's the way that he's so blunt about everything. There are things that he did or happened to him when he was younger that most people would brush over, but Stephen just lays bare the facts without seeming to care what people would think.
He's awesome =] =] |

Today I went on a class trip to Rugby School =]
The man that showed us round said that when they were making the new Tom Brown movie - Stephen and some of the other cast came to stay at the school for a week, and at the end Stephen gave a big speech to the school and he was very funny, imaginative and "you could probably ask him about anything and he could talk for hours on that subject."
I was nodding in the background as he said that. =]
And everyone was looking at me, as everyone in my English class knows that Stephen Fry is like a God to me. |

No he wasn't there! He was there about two years ago.
But the tour guide man was telling us all about it. |

If Stephen had been there I wouldn't be here telling you about it.
I'd still be a pile of gloop at his feet. |

AHAHAHA. In Moab Is My Washpot he describes where his house is in London and what he can see from his bedroom window.
One day he's going to find me on his doorstep and regret writing that book. |

 | Jude Law made a comment a few years ago about Stephen being the best on-screen kiss he ever had because Stephen's lips were so soft.
