And that as he's gotten older, his voice has become higher in pitch? It's not as deep as it used to be. |

Is it just me or does Billie Joe come off as a bit of a jerk? I don't mean to offend anyone with that. I just noticed lately that he snaps at people a bit. ...e.i. "Go to hell"
I guess I would get that way if people were constantly hounding me, so its understandable. |

Eh, he was a dickhead. Maybe still is.. but in the new book his family mentions that he's much happier and doesn't make fun of anyone as much.

well when he talks he sounds high pitched (Not very much), But when he sings Holiday his voice is really HOT and rough. I LOVE BILLIE JOE!!!!!!!!!! |

| March 23rd, 2007 at 02:21pm Yeah, his voice isn't high pitched when he sings. Well, not usually. All singers can go higher in pitch. I think its weird though. You'd think it would get deeper as he gets older. And when he was around 18 or 19, he said he didn't smoke, and now he does. Smoking makes your voice deeper. Or so I've heard. Or maybe I have it backwards or something.
And I hope that by me saying that he's a bit rude doesn't offend anyone.
I'm not saying that he's an asshole, and that people shouldn't like him because he's a bit edgey(sp?). I think he's great. I'm just saying that its something that I've noticed recently. |

yeah he was like a little brat back then lol, but he's grown up now. In magazine interviews the reporters always said he was a decent, nice guy, completely down to earth...so maybe he used to play up for the cameras a bit. |
