He wouldn't see all the horrible things everyone did to Harry because he wasn't there.

He would have seen something that he's witnessed, or has happened to him.

Oh, No I meant all the things Duds and his gang did to harry and all the things Duds witness his rents doing to harry. =]

But doesn't the memory they make you re-live have to be something that has happened to you? Maybe it was when he was locked in the snake tank thing in the first book

Who was the person who performed magic later in life?

Was it just referring to Neville's gran kicking ass, or was it referring to someone performing magic for the first time? I can't remember exactly what she said, but I was wracking my brains last night to try and think who it was.

Oh, did anyone else love the fact that Luna's dad's name roughly translates as Strange-lover? I thought that was brilliant.

And it made me feel good, being able to work it out with my limited Latin knowledge.

Yeah, there were a couple of things I didn't catch first time round.

I didn't catch the Freddie line first time round cos I was so into it, so it's possible we missed.
