Color Me Impressed Falling In Love With The Board Age: - Gender: Female Posts: 7677	January 15th, 2008 at 11:18pm Both the movie itself and the soundtrack seem to be massively popular right now, so I figured many people have seen it and it'd be worth starting a thread for. Juno is a 2007 American comedy film directed by Jason Reitman and written by Diablo Cody. Ellen Page stars as the titular character, a sharp-tongued teen confronting an unplanned pregnancy. (Yeah, I stole it from Wikipedia) I absolutely LOVED the movie, can't wait until it comes out on DVD (anyone know when it is?). So yeah, pretty much just share your thoughts on the movie, what you liked, what you didn't, whatever. Official Site (You can listen to the sountrack here)

Don't get me wrong, the movie was good, I dunno, it just started off slow. And the acting was good, of course. And of course Michael Cera was awesome. Umm, overall good movie... Come to think of it, I don't know what that tiny little percent of me doesn't like about it. My sister, who I made go with me jsyk, LOVED it. okay, okay thinking about some things: Why didn't she involve Paulie more? I mean, it was just as much his baby as it was hers. I think that was unfair.

I felt like it was the other way around, it seemed to me like Paulie didn't want to be involved and, even though Juno said she'd be OK going into the ultrasound alone and whatnot, Paulie should've insisted.

I dunno, when she told him she was giving it up for adoption he was kinda like oh really. I don't believe she asked him first...or about the abortion. Just didn't seem right to me.

But I thought Juno's relationship with Mark was a bit strange though. I mean, she knew he was a married guy. I dunno. He didn't seem to care about the baby that much, and at times they didn't seem into each other at all.
