OggiEVerdi Shoot Me, I'm A Newbie Age: - Gender: - Posts: 13	October 27th, 2008 at 05:33pm My friend and I were arguing about actors who've tried going into the world of music by forming their own bands and failed miserably. We came up with kevin bacon, jared leto, and keanu reeves. btw...not a fan at all of any of their music. Can anyone think of other actors/celebs who've also tried but have actually succeeded?

I also wouldn't consider 30 Seconds to Mars an immense failure. Oh, and Johnny Depp also performed on Oasis' third album. He played slide guitar on Fade In-Out. But they were around before Jack Black really got big as an actor. And isn't JD in his own band now? Hmm... what about nearly every person who stars on a Disney Channel show/movie? Hilary Duff/Lindsay Lohan/that chick from HSM much?

I'm sure he was in Highway and something else. My So Called Life? Can't remember. Jennifer Lopez hasn't done too badly for herself, her music's not my taste, but her albums have sold well. I'm having a total mindblank here!
