Green Day tattoos

lol, i found a tattooist near me tht would tattoo me at 16,

Seriosuly people, make sure your 200% about a tattoo before you get it done. I decided to get my first tattoo at 16, but waited until I was almost 19 to get it done. The design and location changed several times in those years, and I'm glad with what I've got and where it is... now I just need to expand on it.

I definitely wanna get a Green Day tat as soon as im old enough, even if its puny. I want it to represent the things i was going thru and how Green Day was sorta my guiding light.

A lot of people do that, it's quite easy to do with the right picture. But you could always be clever with it, if you plan it right... but don't ask me how, I'm not that good

I plan to get a little piece of work, like a town scene and have in filled with Green Day references to every album and when a new album comes out, I'll add on to it.

^ that sounds awesome, reminds me a bit of that advert wih all the references to songs and albums.

When I turn 18 (March 5th) I'm getting a Green Day lyric (I have to actually sit down and decide which one) sort of like a vine up my left side (ribs to hips) with leaves or flowers coming off of it, so it looks like a vine but the vine is the lyric [: I was thinking plumerias for the flower. Ack. I need to decide.

EDIT: do any of you have rib tattoos? If so, how painful? Like, compared to something...
