| Angelic Fruitcake Falling In Love With The Board  Age: 34 Gender: Female Posts: 6362 |  The BBC3 drama/horror/comedy Being Human began as a single pilot in early 2008 that left an impression on viewers, and lead to an online petition for more. As a result, a full series was commissioned, which began last month. The series follows the lives of 3 unusual housemates in Bristol; Mitchell, a vampire (Aidan Turner), George, a werewolf (Russell Tovey), and Annie, a ghost (Lenora Crichlow), as they struggle to adjust to a normal 'human' existence. The show was written by Toby Whithouse, who has also written for *cough cough* Torchwood and Doctor Who. (: The programme is shown weekly on BBC3 on Sundays, at 9pm. This Sunday will be the 3rd episode. Basically, I’m completely hooked. Being Human doesn’t feel like just any other supernatural drama series; the script is brilliant and the characters at the centre of the show are both incredibly realistic and very likeable. Hopefully, someone else on here Is watching this and agrees.  |
