My friend Julie went to Cornell University (an Ivy League school, like Harvard, Princeton and Yale) for four years in Ithaca, NY for pre-med, graduated in '05 then took a year off, went to some school in the Caribbean on the island of Dominica for 1 year and one semester, then the second semester somewhere in Miami for med school...she came home here to Buffalo, and decided it wasn't what she wanted anymore and with some of her health issues it wasn't condusive all that stress...so now she is finally back in school to be a therapist... 
She will be about a quarter of a million dollars in debt when she's done, give or take...
And I thought my $15,000 of debt that I'm paying off right now was bad...  |
