Working Class Hero on iTunes
Green Day's cover song of John Lennon's Working Class Hero will be released April 30th on iTunes. As mentioned before, the song is a release on the CD Instant Karma: The Campaign To Save Darfur, which is run by Yoko Ono. The CD consists of various bands and artists covering John Lennon's inspirational songs.
As also mentioned, Green Day WILL be making a video to go along with the song sometime next week. Samuel Bayer (the director of all of American Idiot's videos) will be directing this number as well.

You do realize there are people who are familiar with Lennon's work that like the song, aren't you?
People who think just because it's not the original it's going to suck or just don't like it because it's a cover of a song they already like are irritating.
