It's Comedy And Tragedy, chapter 1
"RRRIIIIIIINNNNNGGGGG" as Sarai got up off her bed, she walked over to the telephone and answered, "Rai's phone, Rai speaking?"
Her real name was Sarai, but all her friends just called her Rai.
She heard a familiar voice on the other line yell, "OH MY GOD, RAI GUESS WHAT?!?!?!" she recognized the voice; it was one of her best friends since kindergarten, Danelle.
"HOLY SHIT, DUDE, WHAT?" Rai answered.
"DID U HAPPEN TO LISTEN TO KROQ FOR THE PAST HOUR?" asked Danelle eagerly. Rai replied, "Nope, I was listening to a CD, why?"
"DUDE!!, ok I was listening to the radio when I heard the studio announcing a contest they were having, the winner would win 2 tickets to a Green Day concert, and get to travel with them on tour for a month!!!"
"OH MY GOD DUDE THAT IS SO AWESOME, WHEN ARE THEY HAVING THE CONTEST?"
Danelle replied, "they already had it."
"Oh man that sucks." Said Rai still clueless of what all the excitement was about.
"Well not really."
"What do ya mean that doesn't suck, we could of called and tried to win!"
"DUDE RAI YOU ARE SO STUPID! Hello dude why do you think I called, to tell you that I won!"
"HOLY SHIT ARE YOU SERIOUS??"
"DUDE, of course I'm serious why would I shit around with something like this?" asked Danelle.
"I dunno, you can be retarded like that sometimes!" Rai replied. "THAT IS SO AWESOME!! SO WHO'S THE LUCKY PERSON YOU'RE TAKING?"
"Who the fuck else would I take? Why do you think I called you, to rub it in your face?" asked Danelle.
"Well I dunno, I thought you might take your brother or something."
"Fuck no dude... come on, I couldn't go with out you!"
"HOLY SHIT DUDE, SO WHEN IS IT?" asked Rai, all excited.
"Lets just say, start packing your bags! A limo's gonna pick us up tomorrow at 10!" yelled Danelle.
"Oh my God!!.....thats so soon, HECK YES!!!"
"Ok well I gotta go pack. So I'll see ya tomorrow bright and early in the morning!" said Danelle. "Alright, BYE!!!"
Rai woke up at 8:00 AM to start getting ready. She jumped out of bed and ran to the bathroom to take a whiz. When she came out she put a pair of jeans on and a t-shirt. She went downstairs to get a bowl of cereal before she left. She pulled out her cell phone to see what time it was, it was 9:45 already!! "OH CRAP!!" She thought to herself. She ran upstairs and grabbed her bags, then yelled, "BYE MOM BYE DAD, SEE YA NEXT MONTH!" She slammed the door behind her. She looked down at her cell again, it was 10:00. The moment she glanced up, she saw this huge black limo pull up in front of her driveway. This huge smile came on her face, it's really happening it's not just a dream! Danelle's face popped through the window and yelled, "come on, let's go!". Rai raced to the door and threw her bags in.
The car ride there was so intense, it had finally sunk in that not only were they were going to a Green Day concert, but they get to hang out with the band non-stop for a whole month! They decided to pop a Green Day CD in to get pumped for the concert! When they finally decided on a CD, International Superhits, they blasted up the volume to full blast! Other cars were driving by and giving them dirty looks, but they didn't care, they just flipped them off! " I wonder what they're like, like nice or big-headed?" questioned Danelle. " Naw, I think they're pretty cool." replied Rai.
They finally arrived! They were several hours early, but there were people already waiting outside the stadium. "what are we doing here so early?" questioned Rai. "I dunno, are we suppose to wait here for 7 hours?" They both look at each other and start cracking up. A lady walked up to the girls and asked them to follow her. Danelle looked at the lady's chest to find a backstage pass hanging around her neck. "OK, come on Rai let's go." Danelle and Rai followed the lady as she walked around the stadium to a door in the back of the building. The lady reached in her pocket and pulled out 2 laminated backstage passes. " Okay, go inside and there will be a guy at your side, show him your pass and he'll lead you to their dressing room." Danelle shot Rai this look of "excitement" and answered, " dressing room?" The lady replied, "Yeah, but knock first because I don't know if the guys are done dressing yet." Rai shot this look at Danelle with a huge grin on her face. "okay" the girls replied. Rai reached over to the handle and threw open the door. A tall built man glared at them. Danelle and Rai showed their passes to him, just as the lady instructed, the man led them down the long dark hall, straight to a door. The door was plain and black, but had a sign on it that read, "GREEN DAY: DRESSING ROOM" The man walked away back to his designated spot. Danelle and Rai looked at each other, completely in shock of what they are about to do. Rai says,
"Well here goes nothing." They both take a deep breath as Danelle reaches for the handle.
"WAIT!" Rai yells, "We forgot to knock, like the lady said."
"Oh yea!" Danelle replied. Rai and Danelle start laughing at the outcome if they didn't knock. They must have been laughing a little louder than they thought they were, because at that moment Mike Dirnt opens the door. Danelle and Rai froze. Mike realizes who they were and says,
"Oh hey you're the contest winners, Danelle right?" Danelle continues to stand there without movement. Rai realizing what is happening, steps on Danelle's foot. Danelle answers,
"Yea, right." Rai looks over Mike's shoulder to find he's the only one in the room.
"Where are Billie and Tre`?" asks Rai.
"Oh they went to go get some refreshments, they'll be back in a sec."
"Oh, okay." Says Rai.
"So, sorry but whats your name?"
Danelle butts in and says, "Oh right sorry, this is my friend Rai."
Mike nods his head and says, "Well it's nice to meet both you guys, why don't you guys come in and wait for them in here."
"Wow, they've been gone for some time now...sorry they're taking so long." Said Mike.
"Don't even worry about it man." Said Rai.
The door finally opened, and in came Billie and Tre holding Starbucks.
"Holy fucking crap, you guys took a fuckin ass long time for Starbucks." Said Mike.
"Yea man sorry, there was a long line." Said Billie apologetically.
"Oh yea, Billie, Tre, this is the contest winner Danelle and her friend Rai." Mike said. "Contest winner? What fucking contest?" asked Tre.
"Dude, c'mon Adam has been telling us about this for the past week." Said Billie. "You know, the contest where a fan comes on tour with us for a month?" said Billie trying to refresh Tre's memory.
"Oh yea, now I remember!" said Tre, still a little confused.
"God your so stupid man!" said Mike.
"Well are you guys gonna be in the crowd or watching from the side of the stage?" questioned Billie.
"Oh umm... actually I don't even know. The chick in the front just told us to come here." Said Danelle, still shocked at the site of Green Day standing right in front of her.
"OH, well your probably gonna be off at the side, so I guess I'll see ya there, we have to go for sound check and all that crap. See ya guys later!" said Billie.
"Yea see ya later!" said Tre.
The guys had finally left to give the girls a chance to talk about what had just happened.
"HOLY SHIT DUDE, I CAN'T BELIEVE THAT WE ARE HERE!" said Rai.
"I KNOW, ISN'T IT COMPLETELY INSANE!"
There were huge smiles on their faces. They walked over to the couch and slumped down. "DUDE, Billie Joe is so fuckin sexy!" said Rai. "Oh my God, it is insane how hot he is."
At that moment the girls heard a knock at the door and both looked up. Billie Joe came in,
"Oh sorry, I forgot my iPod."
He walked over to the couch and leaned over Rai to grab his iPod. As he was gaining his balance he looked down at Rai and smiled at her. She could feel her cheeks turn bright red. "Sorry about that, I didn't mean to disturb you guys." Said Billie.
"No man it's cool." Said Danelle.
Billie closed the door behind him.
"What the hell was that?" asked Danelle shockingly.
"What was what?" asked Rai, a bit confused about the question.
"Oh c'mon, why the hell did he smile at u like that?!" Danelle asked.
"I have no fucking clue! But shit, I ain't complaining!" replied Rai with a huge grin on her face.
"Oh well, not that it matters, he has Adie remember?" said Danelle with a smirk.
"No SHIT!" replied Rai, "I know that!".
"uhuh, ok. So anyways, what are we suppose to do for 6 hours?!" asked Rai, desperately trying to change the subject.
"Uh, I dunno." Replied Danelle.
At that moment they heard a knock on the door. They both glanced up as a very pretty woman poked her head through the crack.
"Oh, I'm sorry. But do you know where the guys are?!"
"Uh, yea, they said they'd be back, they left for sound check and stuff." Replied Rai.
"Oh ok thanks, do you mind if I stay in here with you guys while I wait for them too."
"No. Sure, of course you can stay!" Replied Danelle still confused of who this woman was.
"Okay, thanks" She entered the room and quietly closed the door behind her. "So, not to be rude or anything, but who the hell are u guys?!"
"Oh, I'm so sorry for not introducing ourselves." Replied Rai. "My name is Rai, and this is my friend Danelle. Danelle won the contest for touring with Green Day for a month, I dunno if you heard about it. Maybe your husband mentioned something about it."
Danelle was still trying to figure out who she was. She was having a bit of difficulty trying to put the pieces together.
"Yea, now that you mention it, Billie did say something about a contest."
"Oh SHIT! Your Adrienne!" yelled Danelle, slightly embarrassed by her sudden outburst.
Adrienne and Rai exchanged looks and started laughing. "No shit Sherlock, who the fuck did you think it was?" Said Rai still giggling.
"I don't know, I was still trying to figure it out. Shut up, don't laugh at me!" said Danelle
Adrienne calmed down after a couple of seconds, but Rai was still laughing at her friend's stupidity. Adrienne looked down at her watch, then back up to the girls. "So, how old are you guys?" asked Adrienne.
"We're both 15." Said Rai.
"Oh, that's awesome." Replied Adrienne.
The girls continued talking and asking each other questions for what seemed like an hour. Finally, they heard a knock at the door. When Rai and Danelle realized who it probably was they looked at each other and smiled.
"Hey babe!" said Billie, walking over to Adie and giving her a kiss on the cheek.
"Hey hun!" replied Adie.
"Hey you guys!" said Tre as he walked in the room.
"Hey!" all the girls replied.
Mike followed in and nodded at them.
"So, what have ya'll been talking about, ME!" joked Billie.
"Well, not entirely." Replied Adie.
Danelle shot a glance at Rai, desperately trying to get her attention. Rai didn't look, she was too distracted. Danelle coughed really loud, still trying to get her friend's attention. But Rai didn't budge. Finally Danelle said, "Hey I have to piss, Rai will you come with me?"
"Uh, yea sure." Said Rai.
"Which way is the bathroom?" asked Danelle.
"Oh it's down the hall to your left. You shouldn't miss it, there is a sign that says 'Bathroom' on it." Said Tre sarcastically.
"Thanks." Said Danelle.
Danelle and Rai got up and closed the door behind them, finally giving them a chance to talk alone.
"Oh my god Rai, shit, I was trying to save you from embarrassment, but u couldn't even fucking look at me!" said Danelle.
"Why, what was I doing?" said Rai slightly frightened of what Danelle's answer would be. "I wasn't staring at Billie's crotch was I?"
"HAHA, No! But you were staring at him non-stop! Imagine if he looked at you and saw you staring at him with your mouth hanging down!" said Danelle.
"Oh, thank god! Haha, sorry I didn't realize what I was doing." Said Rai relieved.
"Yea sure!" said Danelle.
Danelle looked over her shoulder.
"Is it me, or does it feel like someone is following us?" said Danelle.
"Yea, I had that feeling too, I didn't want to scare you or anything, but don't worry about it. Who is going to do anything to us backstage at a Green Day concert. C'mon, really?"
"Yea, your right. Okay, but you know how paranoid I am." Replied Danelle still tense.
"Yep I know, but don't worry."
They continued to the bathroom and found it on the left side with a sign, just like Tre had said. Danelle and Rai walked in and fixed their hair and make-up and took a whiz. They glanced in the mirror one last time, before opening the door. Rai reached for the handle and opened it, only to find a tall black figure. Before Rai or Danelle could scream, the man threw a blanket over them and threw them over his shoulder. Rai and Danelle both started screaming frantically and kicking. The man only squeezed them tighter and told them to shut up. He started running down the hall, desperately trying to find the exit.
"Holy Shit! They sure are taking a long time to piss!" said Mike.
"Yea I know, Adie, maybe you should go make sure they're okay." Said Billie.
"Why me?!" asked Adie, "You're the big macho guy, maybe you should go look."
"Well because maybe they need your assistance, for like girl problems or something, I don't know." Said Billie.
"Oh okay." Said Adie. She got up off Billie's lap and walked over to the door. She closed the door behind her, and turned around. Adie started walking down the hall towards the bathroom when she saw a black figure with a huge bulk over it's shoulder. She screamed. The tall black figure saw her and ran even faster towards the exit. Billie opened the door and spotted Adie several feet down the hall. He ran up to her and asked if she was okay.
"Oh, Billie, thank god, I just saw this huge black figure thing with a bulge over it's shoulder! I have no idea what it was." Said Adie realizing at how stupid she just sounded.
"Hey babe, don't worry about it, it was probably just a guy carrying a speaker."
Said Billie, trying to comfort her.
"Oh, your probably right. Well just in case can you come with me to go check on the girls?"
"Of course." Said Billie
"Okay, thanks hun."
Billie and Adie continued walking down the hall. When they found the bathroom, Billie waited outside, while Adie opened the door and walked in.
"Rai, Danelle, you guys okay?!.......Rai... .Danelle?!" Adie walked over to the stalls and saw that they were empty.
Billie was outside glancing around when he saw an object on the floor. He walked over and picked it up. It was a cell phone. He flipped open the phone, trying to figure out who's it was. He saw a picture of him and the guys on it. He smirked to himself figuring it was probably either Rai's or Danelle's. Adie came rushing out of the bathroom. Billie heard her and turned around to see a look of panic on her face.
"Hey, what's wrong?" asked Billie.
"Did you see the girls outside by any chance?" asked Adie worried.
"Nope, why are they not in there?"
"No! Holy shit! Where can they be?" yelled Adie completely freaked out over the situation.
"Hey, don't worry about it they're probably back in the room with the guys. Here I'll give them a call."
Billie pulled his phone out of his pocket, and dialed Mike's cell number. Mike picked up and said, "Where are you guys?"
"We're coming back right now."
"Oh so the girls are okay?" asked Mike.'
"SHIT! I thought they were with you, they're not here." Said Billie
Adrienne's eyes opened as a worried look fell over her face.
"No! Oh shit! Um... me and Tre will go look for them too."
"Okay, hurry." Said Billie
Billie hung up the phone and rubbed Adie on the back. "Don't worry honey, we'll find them."
"Oh wait! I found one of their cell phones!" said Billie!
"Well let me see it! They'll probably have each others numbers in there."
Adie grabbed the phone out of Billie's hand and flipped it open. She searched through all the names until she found Danelle's name and cell number. She pressed send and waited patiently for her to pick up. The ringing stopped, instead of it going to her voicemail, she heard a male's voice say, "Whoever this is! If you ever wanna see these two girls again, You have to pay me 1 million dollars!" Adie heard screaming in the background. "Here! Do you want to talk to one of these bitches!"
"Hello? Is anyone there? Please help me! PLEASE! HELLO?"
"Hey Rai, it's me Adie, don't worry honey, you're going to be fine!...Rai?!"
Adie heard a tone, realizing that the man must have hung up.
"What happened, Are they okay?" asked Billie now extremely worried.
Adie didn't respond, but Billie knew that something was wrong. He could tell by her facial expression. Tre and Mike came running up to the couple asking what was wrong.
"They've been kidnapped." Said Adie in a whisper, only Billie could hear.
"WHAT THE FUCK DO YOU MEAN THEY'VE BEEN KIDNAPPED!" said Billie with an angry look on his face. "HOW COULD ANYONE SNEAK IN HERE WITH SECURITY SO TIGHT!"
"I don't know Billie!" said Adie, who was now on the verge of crying.
"Oh shit!!!! Oh Fuck!!! Oh my god!!!" said Mike
"Well what do we do now?" asked Tre.
"Call the police! DUH!" said Mike.
"Well whatever we do, we have to do it right now! Because our show is gonna start in 3 hours!" said Tre.
Billie pulled his phone out and dialed 911.
"Hello? Yea, I'm calling to report a kidnapping. Um. There names are Danelle and Rai. No, I don't know there last names. I don't know! They won a contest and they're hanging out with my band today. Uh, Green Day. No they said they were going to the bathroom and they never came back, so we went to go look for them, I found one of the girl's cell phone and my wife called the other girl on it and well, I don't know what happened so here she is." Billie handed his phone over to Adie who was now crying.
"Yes, He's holding them ransom for 1 million dollars. It sounded like they were in a car. Um he sounded like a middle aged man, Caucasian perhaps. Yes. Thanks a lot."
Adie hung up the phone and said, "The police on their way."
"Okay so now what, we just wait here?" asked Billie
"I guess, what else do we do?" asked Tre
"We can't just stand around and wait for them to come! We should go out and try to look for them while Mike and Tre stay here and wait for the police." Said Adie
"Yea, that sounds good." Said Mike
Billie grabbed Adie's hand and headed towards the exit to his car. They reached it and he opened the door for her, and got in on his side. They drove off.
"Where should we go look first?" asked Billie
"I don't know, where would u take two girls u just kidnapped?" asked Adie
"Um... My house."
"Okay, but we don't know where he lives."
"Good point." Said Billie
They continued driving. They stopped at a red light, Adie glanced over to her right and saw a man talking, maybe he was singing. He looked over at her and he smiled. She smiled back trying not to be rude. She realized he had a panicked look on his face at which she found suspicious. She whispered Billie's name and he looked over to her.
"Look, at the guy next to me, well don't look now and make it obvious we're talking about him, but look casually."
Billie leaned forward and stared at the guy. He said "What about him?"
"Well you don't think he looks kinda suscpicious?"
"Hun, you cant just go around thinking everyone looks suspicious. I know your desperate to find them, trust me I'm worried too, but we just have too, WAIT! Did you see that?!"
"No, honey what are you talking about?"
"I could of sworn I just saw a leg pop up!"
"You did! What kind of shoes was it wearing?"
"Black, black converse. Rai was wearing black converse."
"Well what do we do?" asked Adie eagerly.
"Um... ask him to pull over for directions. Why the hell are cars honking at me? Oh shit, the light's green! ASK HIM!"
Adie rolled down her window and leaned over and waved in front of the other car's window. The man rolled his window down and gave her a confused look.
"Hi, can you please pull over, me and my husband are lost and we need some directions."
"Uh, I'm sorry lady I'm kind of in a rush." Replied the man.
Adie instantly recognized the voice. "Please sir, we'd really appreciate it."
"Uh yea, sure pull over at the Burger King on the left hand side."
"Okay thanks!"
"Is he gonna do it? Cause you know you could always flash him with your huge knockers!"
Adie slapped the back of Billie's head.
"OOOWW!!! Shit I was just trying to help!"
"Whatever, just pull over at the Burger King right here!"
Billie pulled up in to the parking lot of the busy Burger King. "Shit" he thought... people.
"So what's the master plan?" asked Adie
"Go ask the guy directions to uh, Berkeley, and I'll sneak around to the other side of the van and look to see if the girls are in there. If he looks over to the van, distract him"
"How would I dis- oh never mind. Okay. Becareful honey!" Said Adie

Adie unfastened her seatbelt and opened the door to Billie's BMW. She walked over to the White Astro van. The man rolled down the window.
"Hi, sorry for bothering you, but do you know how to get to Berkeley?"
Meantime, Billie unfastened his seatbelt. He carefully walked over to the van and ducked down to hide from his appearance in any of the man's mirrors. He finally reached around and squinted to try to see through the windows.
"OH MY GOD!! YOU'RE BILLIE JOE ARMSTRONG!"
"Shit!" Billie thought, a fan!
He turned around and saw a big group of girls screaming. They all ran up to him and bombarded him asking for autographs.
The man in the car heard screaming, he was about to turn around when Adie yelled, "WAIT!"
The man turned his head back to face her. "Um, did you say turn left or right at the detour?"
The man saw right through her act and pushed open the car door forcing Adie to fall on the floor.
He walked around to see Billie Joe with a bunch of girls.
"Shit! I knew she looked familiar!" said the man.

"Well here goes nothing." They both take a deep breath as Danelle reaches for the handle.
"WAIT!" Rai yells, "We forgot to knock, like the lady said."
"Oh yea!" Danelle replied. Rai and Danelle start laughing at the outcome if they didn't knock. They must have been laughing a little louder than they thought they were, because at that moment Mike Dirnt opens the door. Danelle and Rai froze. Mike realizes who they were and says,
"Oh hey you're the contest winners, Danelle right?" Danelle continues to stand there without movement. Rai realizing what is happening, steps on Danelle's foot. Danelle answers,
"Yea, right." Rai looks over Mike's shoulder to find he's the only one in the room.
"Where are Billie and Tre`?" asks Rai.
"Oh they went to go get some refreshments, they'll be back in a sec."
"Oh, okay." Says Rai.
"So, sorry but whats your name?"
Danelle butts in and says, "Oh right sorry, this is my friend Rai."
Mike nods his head and says, "Well it's nice to meet both you guys, why don't you guys come in and wait for them in here."
"Wow, they've been gone for some time now...sorry they're taking so long." Said Mike.
"Don't even worry about it man." Said Rai.
The door finally opened, and in came Billie and Tre holding Starbucks.
"Holy fucking crap, you guys took a fuckin ass long time for Starbucks." Said Mike.
"Yea man sorry, there was a long line." Said Billie apologetically.
"Oh yea, Billie, Tre, this is the contest winner Danelle and her friend Rai." Mike said. "Contest winner? What fucking contest?" asked Tre.
"Dude, c'mon Adam has been telling us about this for the past week." Said Billie. "You know, the contest where a fan comes on tour with us for a month?" said Billie trying to refresh Tre's memory.
"Oh yea, now I remember!" said Tre, still a little confused.
"God your so stupid man!" said Mike.
"Well are you guys gonna be in the crowd or watching from the side of the stage?" questioned Billie.
"Oh umm... actually I don't even know. The chick in the front just told us to come here." Said Danelle, still shocked at the site of Green Day standing right in front of her.
"OH, well your probably gonna be off at the side, so I guess I'll see ya there, we have to go for sound check and all that crap. See ya guys later!" said Billie.
"Yea see ya later!" said Tre.
The guys had finally left to give the girls a chance to talk about what had just happened.
"HOLY SHIT DUDE, I CAN'T BELIEVE THAT WE ARE HERE!" said Rai.
"I KNOW, ISN'T IT COMPLETELY INSANE!"
There were huge smiles on their faces. They walked over to the couch and slumped down. "DUDE, Billie Joe is so fuckin sexy!" said Rai. "Oh my God, it is insane how hot he is."
At that moment the girls heard a knock at the door and both looked up. Billie Joe came in,
"Oh sorry, I forgot my iPod."
He walked over to the couch and leaned over Rai to grab his iPod. As he was gaining his balance he looked down at Rai and smiled at her. She could feel her cheeks turn bright red. "Sorry about that, I didn't mean to disturb you guys." Said Billie.
"No man it's cool." Said Danelle.
Billie closed the door behind him.
"What the hell was that?" asked Danelle shockingly.
"What was what?" asked Rai, a bit confused about the question.
"Oh c'mon, why the hell did he smile at u like that?!" Danelle asked.
"I have no fucking clue! But shit, I ain't complaining!" replied Rai with a huge grin on her face.
"Oh well, not that it matters, he has Adie remember?" said Danelle with a smirk.
"No SHIT!" replied Rai, "I know that!".
"uhuh, ok. So anyways, what are we suppose to do for 6 hours?!" asked Rai, desperately trying to change the subject.
"Uh, I dunno." Replied Danelle.
At that moment they heard a knock on the door. They both glanced up as a very pretty woman poked her head through the crack.
"Oh, I'm sorry. But do you know where the guys are?!"
"Uh, yea, they said they'd be back, they left for sound check and stuff." Replied Rai.
"Oh ok thanks, do you mind if I stay in here with you guys while I wait for them too."
"No. Sure, of course you can stay!" Replied Danelle still confused of who this woman was.
"Okay, thanks" She entered the room and quietly closed the door behind her. "So, not to be rude or anything, but who the hell are u guys?!"
"Oh, I'm so sorry for not introducing ourselves." Replied Rai. "My name is Rai, and this is my friend Danelle. Danelle won the contest for touring with Green Day for a month, I dunno if you heard about it. Maybe your husband mentioned something about it."
Danelle was still trying to figure out who she was. She was having a bit of difficulty trying to put the pieces together.
"Yea, now that you mention it, Billie did say something about a contest."
"Oh SHIT! Your Adrienne!" yelled Danelle, slightly embarrassed by her sudden outburst.
Adrienne and Rai exchanged looks and started laughing. "No shit Sherlock, who the fuck did you think it was?" Said Rai still giggling.
"I don't know, I was still trying to figure it out. Shut up, don't laugh at me!" said Danelle
Adrienne calmed down after a couple of seconds, but Rai was still laughing at her friend's stupidity. Adrienne looked down at her watch, then back up to the girls. "So, how old are you guys?" asked Adrienne.
"We're both 15." Said Rai.
"Oh, that's awesome." Replied Adrienne.
The girls continued talking and asking each other questions for what seemed like an hour. Finally, they heard a knock at the door. When Rai and Danelle realized who it probably was they looked at each other and smiled.
"Hey babe!" said Billie, walking over to Adie and giving her a kiss on the cheek.
"Hey hun!" replied Adie.
"Hey you guys!" said Tre as he walked in the room.
"Hey!" all the girls replied.
Mike followed in and nodded at them.
"So, what have ya'll been talking about, ME!" joked Billie.
"Well, not entirely." Replied Adie.
Danelle shot a glance at Rai, desperately trying to get her attention. Rai didn't look, she was too distracted. Danelle coughed really loud, still trying to get her friend's attention. But Rai didn't budge. Finally Danelle said, "Hey I have to piss, Rai will you come with me?"
"Uh, yea sure." Said Rai.
"Which way is the bathroom?" asked Danelle.
"Oh it's down the hall to your left. You shouldn't miss it, there is a sign that says 'Bathroom' on it." Said Tre sarcastically.
"Thanks." Said Danelle.
Danelle and Rai got up and closed the door behind them, finally giving them a chance to talk alone.
"Oh my god Rai, shit, I was trying to save you from embarrassment, but u couldn't even fucking look at me!" said Danelle.
"Why, what was I doing?" said Rai slightly frightened of what Danelle's answer would be. "I wasn't staring at Billie's crotch was I?"
"HAHA, No! But you were staring at him non-stop! Imagine if he looked at you and saw you staring at him with your mouth hanging down!" said Danelle.
"Oh, thank god! Haha, sorry I didn't realize what I was doing." Said Rai relieved.
"Yea sure!" said Danelle.
Danelle looked over her shoulder.
"Is it me, or does it feel like someone is following us?" said Danelle.
"Yea, I had that feeling too, I didn't want to scare you or anything, but don't worry about it. Who is going to do anything to us backstage at a Green Day concert. C'mon, really?"
"Yea, your right. Okay, but you know how paranoid I am." Replied Danelle still tense.
"Yep I know, but don't worry."
They continued to the bathroom and found it on the left side with a sign, just like Tre had said. Danelle and Rai walked in and fixed their hair and make-up and took a whiz. They glanced in the mirror one last time, before opening the door. Rai reached for the handle and opened it, only to find a tall black figure. Before Rai or Danelle could scream, the man threw a blanket over them and threw them over his shoulder. Rai and Danelle both started screaming frantically and kicking. The man only squeezed them tighter and told them to shut up. He started running down the hall, desperately trying to find the exit.
"Holy Shit! They sure are taking a long time to piss!" said Mike.
"Yea I know, Adie, maybe you should go make sure they're okay." Said Billie.
"Why me?!" asked Adie, "You're the big macho guy, maybe you should go look."
"Well because maybe they need your assistance, for like girl problems or something, I don't know." Said Billie.
"Oh okay." Said Adie. She got up off Billie's lap and walked over to the door. She closed the door behind her, and turned around. Adie started walking down the hall towards the bathroom when she saw a black figure with a huge bulk over it's shoulder. She screamed. The tall black figure saw her and ran even faster towards the exit. Billie opened the door and spotted Adie several feet down the hall. He ran up to her and asked if she was okay.
"Oh, Billie, thank god, I just saw this huge black figure thing with a bulge over it's shoulder! I have no idea what it was." Said Adie realizing at how stupid she just sounded.
"Hey babe, don't worry about it, it was probably just a guy carrying a speaker."
Said Billie, trying to comfort her.
"Oh, your probably right. Well just in case can you come with me to go check on the girls?"
"Of course." Said Billie
"Okay, thanks hun."
Billie and Adie continued walking down the hall. When they found the bathroom, Billie waited outside, while Adie opened the door and walked in.
"Rai, Danelle, you guys okay?!.......Rai... .Danelle?!" Adie walked over to the stalls and saw that they were empty.
Billie was outside glancing around when he saw an object on the floor. He walked over and picked it up. It was a cell phone. He flipped open the phone, trying to figure out who's it was. He saw a picture of him and the guys on it. He smirked to himself figuring it was probably either Rai's or Danelle's. Adie came rushing out of the bathroom. Billie heard her and turned around to see a look of panic on her face.
"Hey, what's wrong?" asked Billie.
"Did you see the girls outside by any chance?" asked Adie worried.
"Nope, why are they not in there?"
"No! Holy shit! Where can they be?" yelled Adie completely freaked out over the situation.
"Hey, don't worry about it they're probably back in the room with the guys. Here I'll give them a call."
Billie pulled his phone out of his pocket, and dialed Mike's cell number. Mike picked up and said, "Where are you guys?"
"We're coming back right now."
"Oh so the girls are okay?" asked Mike.'
"SHIT! I thought they were with you, they're not here." Said Billie
Adrienne's eyes opened as a worried look fell over her face.
"No! Oh shit! Um... me and Tre will go look for them too."
"Okay, hurry." Said Billie
Billie hung up the phone and rubbed Adie on the back. "Don't worry honey, we'll find them."
"Oh wait! I found one of their cell phones!" said Billie!
"Well let me see it! They'll probably have each others numbers in there."
Adie grabbed the phone out of Billie's hand and flipped it open. She searched through all the names until she found Danelle's name and cell number. She pressed send and waited patiently for her to pick up. The ringing stopped, instead of it going to her voicemail, she heard a male's voice say, "Whoever this is! If you ever wanna see these two girls again, You have to pay me 1 million dollars!" Adie heard screaming in the background. "Here! Do you want to talk to one of these bitches!"
"Hello? Is anyone there? Please help me! PLEASE! HELLO?"
"Hey Rai, it's me Adie, don't worry honey, you're going to be fine!...Rai?!"
Adie heard a tone, realizing that the man must have hung up.
"What happened, Are they okay?" asked Billie now extremely worried.
Adie didn't respond, but Billie knew that something was wrong. He could tell by her facial expression. Tre and Mike came running up to the couple asking what was wrong.
"They've been kidnapped." Said Adie in a whisper, only Billie could hear.
"WHAT THE FUCK DO YOU MEAN THEY'VE BEEN KIDNAPPED!" said Billie with an angry look on his face. "HOW COULD ANYONE SNEAK IN HERE WITH SECURITY SO TIGHT!"
"I don't know Billie!" said Adie, who was now on the verge of crying.
"Oh shit!!!! Oh Fuck!!! Oh my god!!!" said Mike
"Well what do we do now?" asked Tre.
"Call the police! DUH!" said Mike.
"Well whatever we do, we have to do it right now! Because our show is gonna start in 3 hours!" said Tre.
Billie pulled his phone out and dialed 911.
"Hello? Yea, I'm calling to report a kidnapping. Um. There names are Danelle and Rai. No, I don't know there last names. I don't know! They won a contest and they're hanging out with my band today. Uh, Green Day. No they said they were going to the bathroom and they never came back, so we went to go look for them, I found one of the girl's cell phone and my wife called the other girl on it and well, I don't know what happened so here she is." Billie handed his phone over to Adie who was now crying.
"Yes, He's holding them ransom for 1 million dollars. It sounded like they were in a car. Um he sounded like a middle aged man, Caucasian perhaps. Yes. Thanks a lot."
Adie hung up the phone and said, "The police on their way."
"Okay so now what, we just wait here?" asked Billie
"I guess, what else do we do?" asked Tre
"We can't just stand around and wait for them to come! We should go out and try to look for them while Mike and Tre stay here and wait for the police." Said Adie
"Yea, that sounds good." Said Mike
Billie grabbed Adie's hand and headed towards the exit to his car. They reached it and he opened the door for her, and got in on his side. They drove off.
"Where should we go look first?" asked Billie
"I don't know, where would u take two girls u just kidnapped?" asked Adie
"Um... My house."
"Okay, but we don't know where he lives."
"Good point." Said Billie
They continued driving. They stopped at a red light, Adie glanced over to her right and saw a man talking, maybe he was singing. He looked over at her and he smiled. She smiled back trying not to be rude. She realized he had a panicked look on his face at which she found suspicious. She whispered Billie's name and he looked over to her.
"Look, at the guy next to me, well don't look now and make it obvious we're talking about him, but look casually."
Billie leaned forward and stared at the guy. He said "What about him?"
"Well you don't think he looks kinda suscpicious?"
"Hun, you cant just go around thinking everyone looks suspicious. I know your desperate to find them, trust me I'm worried too, but we just have too, WAIT! Did you see that?!"
"No, honey what are you talking about?"
"I could of sworn I just saw a leg pop up!"
"You did! What kind of shoes was it wearing?"
"Black, black converse. Rai was wearing black converse."
"Well what do we do?" asked Adie eagerly.
"Um... ask him to pull over for directions. Why the hell are cars honking at me? Oh shit, the light's green! ASK HIM!"
Adie rolled down her window and leaned over and waved in front of the other car's window. The man rolled his window down and gave her a confused look.
"Hi, can you please pull over, me and my husband are lost and we need some directions."
"Uh, I'm sorry lady I'm kind of in a rush." Replied the man.
Adie instantly recognized the voice. "Please sir, we'd really appreciate it."
"Uh yea, sure pull over at the Burger King on the left hand side."
"Okay thanks!"
"Is he gonna do it? Cause you know you could always flash him with your huge knockers!"
Adie slapped the back of Billie's head.
"OOOWW!!! Shit I was just trying to help!"
"Whatever, just pull over at the Burger King right here!"
Billie pulled up in to the parking lot of the busy Burger King. "Shit" he thought... people.
"So what's the master plan?" asked Adie
"Go ask the guy directions to uh, Berkeley, and I'll sneak around to the other side of the van and look to see if the girls are in there. If he looks over to the van, distract him"
"How would I dis- oh never mind. Okay. Becareful honey!" Said Adie
"Yea you too." Said Billie
Adie unfastened her seatbelt and opened the door to Billie's BMW. She walked over to the White Astro van. The man rolled down the window.
"Hi, sorry for bothering you, but do you know how to get to Berkeley?"
Meantime, Billie unfastened his seatbelt. He carefully walked over to the van and ducked down to hide from his appearance in any of the man's mirrors. He finally reached around and squinted to try to see through the windows.
"OH MY GOD!! YOU'RE BILLIE JOE ARMSTRONG!"
"Shit!" Billie thought, a fan!
He turned around and saw a big group of girls screaming. They all ran up to him and bombarded him asking for autographs.
The man in the car heard screaming, he was about to turn around when Adie yelled, "WAIT!"
The man turned his head back to face her. "Um, did you say turn left or right at the detour?"
The man saw right through her act and pushed open the car door forcing Adie to fall on the floor.
He walked around to see Billie Joe with a bunch of girls.
"Shit! I knew she looked familiar!" said the man.
He ran around the van to the drivers seat. Billie pushed the girls out of the way and hurried over to him. He saw Adie on the floor and panicked. Without thinking Billie threw a punch at the man. The man opened the door and pulled out a gun. He aimed it at Billie who put his arms up. Adie kicked him in the balls, the gun shot.
