It's Comedy And Tragedy, chapter 2
"Adie! He's awake!" said Rai.
Billie looked up to see a familiar face smiling down at him.
"Holy shit! Where the fuck am I, and why the hell does my arm hurt so bad?"
Adie walked over to his bedside and said, "You're in the hospital, and to answer the question about your arm, well, you got shot."
"What?!" replied Billie Joe. "I got shot? What the hell, how long ago was this, what about the show, what exactly happened?"
"Well," said Danelle who got up from her seat and walked over to Billie Joe. "Rai and I were in the van while you were outside with Adie. That guy held a gun up to you then Adie kicked him in the balls. The gun shot and you fell back and hit your head on the curb which knocked you out. The manager of Burger King called the police, the police came over and arrested him who was in excruciating pain, thanks to Adrienne's kick. Adrienne helped us out of the van, because we were tied down. Then an ambulance came to take you away, and now we're here."
"Wow..." said Billie Joe. "He didn't hurt you guys right?"
"Well he pulled Rai's hair when she told him to go fuck himself, but that's about it." Said Danelle.
"You said that to him?" asked Adie.
"Well I didn't know he had a gun." Said Rai.
The four of them laughed. Then they heard a knock at the door. Tre and Mike came in.
"Hey, we got here as soon as we could!" said Mike, panting.
"Yea sorry, a bunch of people stopped us outside and we couldn't get past them." Said Tre.
"Naw, it's cool, I'm only lying in a hospital bed with a bullet wound in my fuckin arm!" said Billie Joe sarcastically.
"Hey I told you what happened, sorry!" said Tre, who obviously didn't process that Billie Joe was kidding.
The five of them laughed at Tre's stupidity.
"So anyway, what happened with the show?" asked Billie Joe.
"We had to cancel it, what else do you think happened?! Said Mike
"Oh dammit! That sucks! How long am I going to be in this fucking bed?"
"Well the doctor said a couple of days. But you can't play for a month." Said Adie.
"Are you fuckin serious?" asked Billie Joe.
"Yep, sorry honey."
Danelle shot Rai a look. Billie Joe noticed it and asked, "What's wrong?"
Danelle, startled that Billie Joe saw her, said "No, its nothing. But Rai, I have to go the bathroom, wanna come with me?"
"Ah fuck no! Not again. Adie can you go with them please?" said Billie Joe.
"No really, we'll be fine, besides Adie should stay here with you." Said Danelle.
"No, really, its fine. I'll come with you guys." Said Adie.
"Okay, thanks" said Rai.
The three girls left the room and headed towards the bathroom. They reached it and walked in.
"Okay, now you wanna tell me whats really going on?" asked Adie.
"Well...I noticed you said that Billie Joe couldn't play for a month right?" asked Danelle
"Yes, that's correct." Said Adie still confused.
"WAIT! We're only on tour with the guys for a month, and if they're not playing, then we're probably gonna have to go home." Said Rai, disappointed.
"Yea, that's what I was thinking." Said Danelle.
"Oh my god, I didn't realize that." Said Adie.
"Yea, well we should go tell the guys bye and have a cab pick us up then." Said Rai.
"It was really nice meeting you, and thanks sooo much for saving our life!" said Danelle. "Wow that sounds weird 'thanks for saving our life'."
The girls laughed.
"Oh c'mon girls, don't be silly, I'm sure there's a way we can work this out." Said Adie.
"I really don't think so, the contest said go on tour with them for a month. They're not gonna be touring, you're probably going to go home." Said Rai.
"Yea. She's right, but thanks though." Said Danelle.
Before Adrienne could say anything, Rai and Danelle walked towards the door and pulled it open. Adrienne saw this and realized they didn't want to talk about it anymore. So they carried on walking back to the room. The girls walked in. Rai and Danelle tried to put happy faces on and sat in the corner of the room. Adie walked in and looked at Billie. He knew something was wrong, so he glanced over at Rai and Danelle and saw that they were kind of down. Mike and Tre looked over at them too. Mike walked over and put his arms over them and asked if they were okay. Again Rai and Danelle looked up and smiled and said they were fine. But everyone knew they weren't. Mike shrugged and stood up straight. He then walked back to Billie Joe's bed.
"Should we tell them now?" asked Danelle.
"Yea, we should. Let's go." Replied Rai.
Both of the girls got up and walked over to the huddle surrounding the bed. Rai cleared her throat and began, "Well we wanted to thank you guys for everything you've done, especially the saving our lives part. But now since you guys aren't touring for a month, and your probably going to go home, we think it's best if we go home too...so again thanks for everything and it has been so awesome hanging out with you guys."
"Yea, really, it has been a dream of mine to meet you guys." Finished Danelle.
"So we called a cab, and it's waiting outside for us." Said Rai.
"What the hell? You guys are just going to leave, and I have no say in this?" said Billie Joe.
"Well to be honest, we didn't think you'd care." Said Rai.
"Of course we care! You guys are so awesome!" said Tre.
"Haha...thanks, we think you guys are hella awesome too!" said Rai.
"Hahaha...did you just say 'hella'?" asked Mike.
"Yea..." replied Rai, unsure of his motivations.
"Wow, we still have a lot to learn about you guys, no way are you leaving!" said Mike with a chuckle.
"Yea, you guys can stay at my house!" said Billie Joe.
Rai gasped, and started choking on the air she inhaled.
"Hahaha...look, she's choking!" laughed Tre.
Danelle slapped Rai on the back, which caused Rai to gasp again. Which didn't help the situation what so ever. Rai eventually caught her breath and looked up at Billie Joe who was laughing hysterically. Oh but he did look sexy with his hair messy and his eyeliner smudged more than usual. She snapped out of it and looked at his bright green eyes.
"Are you kidding? We could never barge in like that. What about Joey and Jakob? What would they think?" asked Danelle.
"Oh they'll be fine with it!" said Adie.
"I don't know, I'd feel uncomfortable just moving in like that for a whole month! No offense, but to be honest, I think Rai will have a heart attack if she stayed at your house, I mean look she's freaking out already!" said Danelle while giggling.
Rai shot a look at Danelle while all 6 of them laughed.
"Well I'm okay with it if Rai is." Said Danelle.
Everyone looked at Rai. She felt her face burn up, she hated being the center of attention.
"Um, yea, I'm okay with it." Said Rai.
"Alright, we'll send someone for your bags." Said Adie.
"Hey Mike I'm hungry, lets go get something to eat." Said Tre.
"Yea sure, wanna come ladies?" asked Mike.
"HECK YES! I haven't eaten anything all day! C'mon Rai!" yelled Danelle.
"Well, I'm starving but I cant leave Billie Joe alone." Said Adie.
"Oh well you guys go ahead, I'm not really that hungry, so I'll stay with Billie." Rai smiled to herself realizing what she just said.
"Okay!" said Adie. She leaned over and gave Billie Joe a kiss.
"Hey Billie, I'd keep an eye on her if I were you!" said Danelle.
Everyone laughed then walked out, leaving Billie Joe and Rai in the room.

Everyone laughed then walked out, leaving Billie Joe and Rai in the room.
