My Truly Chemical Romance, chapter 2
I woke up the next morning to the sound of Cassie singing LOUDLY in the kitchen to Basket Case. I walked in to find her dancing along to it also.
"Cassie what the hell? It's 7:30 AM!" I screamed over the blaring music.
"Sorry, I just felt like exercising my vocal chords" She said putting her puppy dog face.
"That's ok, but now I truly see why you and Frank are together."
"Well, anyway," Cassie said as she turned down the music," Now that your up do you want some Froot Loops?"
"Sure" I said as I walked over to the couch and turned on cartoons. Soon enough Cassie walked over with two bowls of cereal.
"So when do you think I should call Gerard?" I asked ignoring the TV for just one-second.
"Oh he and Frankie already called their on their way over!" She said like it was no big deal.
"WHAT?!" I screamed. "I gotta go get dressed. And thanks for not telling me before!"
"Your welcome!" She said as I left the room. I put on my Blondie T-Shirt and some black capris and started singing The Jetset Life is Gonna Kill You without even noticing Gerard in the door way to my room. He started clapping when I finished.
"Wow you sing that song better than me!" he said as I looked up blushing.
"Nah" I said, "Your the original."
"Well, we'll see about that but Cassie and Frankie wanna go to the mall, You wanna go or hang here?"
"Lets go!" I said jumping off my bed.
"OK cool" he said as we left.
We went to the local mall and decided to split up. Frankie and Cassie wanted to go to spencers while me and Gerard had a plan of our own.
"OK Gee I do this all the time so on the count of three. 1, 2-"
"Wait you just called me Gee?"
"Yeah 3!" I said as we ran through Abrecrombie and Finch SCREAMING I'm not OK (I promise) The security guard finally chased us out before the second verse. We were laughing hysterically as we left the store.
"We gotta do that again sometime." Gerard said as we walked to find Frank and Cassie.
"Hell Yeah!" I said, "Hey listen after we leave you wanna go see a movie?"
"For sure!" He said sounding happy.
"Yes," I thought. "I finally have a date with the man of my dreams!"
We finally found Cassie and Frankie making out by the fountain in the middle of the mall.
"You guys ready to go?" Frank said slightly blushing.
"Uh yea" Gee said "but can you guys drop us at the movies"
"Sure" Cassie said as she winked at me.
We left the mall and Cassie drove us to the movie theater which was about 10 minutes away. We both got out of the car and thanked them for the ride.
"So what do you wanna see?" Gee asked me.
"How bout' Wedding Crashers?" I asked.
"Anything you want." He said as he put his arm around me.
"Aww" I thought "he's cute AND sweet!"
We bought our tickets for the movie and went in. Soon after it started Gee leaned in and kissed me. Now lets just say from there we didn't exactly watch the movie. After the movie we called Cassie and she picked us up.
"Oh Sonia I forgot to mention to you before, frankie's gonna crash at our place tonight. Gerard you can join us if you want?" Cassie said.
"Ok me"and Gee said at the same time. We both giggled.
Frankie was already at the apartment. Soon after we got back we all decide to play truth or dare. Frank went first.
"Gerard truth or dare?" he asked.
"Truth" Gee responded with a smile.
"OK do you have a crush on Sonia?" Frank asked mischievously.
"I think we all know the answer to that." He said as he leaned in and kissed me.
"WOOO!" Cassie yelled before letting out a big yawn.
"Dude I'm going to bed" she said "Frankie would you like to join me?" she asked before he went running into her bedroom.
"Yeah I'm getting tired too." I said turning on the TV and lying on the couch. Gee came over and we cuddled as I slowly fell asleep in his arms.
