Feelings And Scars Are Permanent (Sequel to Why Do Bad Things Always Happen To Us?), chapter 11

The day had finally came. Well, one day away. Our anniversary. Our two year anniversary as a couple. I couldn't believe we had been together for two whole years. Even though when you think about how long a lot of couples had been together, two years seemed like an eternity. I can still remember when he first said that he loved me. And the best part was, that I felt the same way back.

I had said the words 'I love you' to a few guys. But this time, I really felt as though I meant it. And that I truly knew what love felt like. It was the best feeling I had ever felt. I know people always say it's puppy love or that it can't be true because we're too young, but I think they're wrong. I love Billie Joe Armstrong. I do. And that day was truly one of the best days of my life.

*A year an a half ago*

"I know a million people have made these kind of dates. Watching the sunset. I hope it's not too cliche or anything," Billie Joe said.

"No," I said smiling."I mean, I understand what you mean. But when you really watch a sunset with someone you care about, it's all of sudden really sweet."

Billie Joe smiled at me and kissed me lightly on the lips. I kissed him back and looked at the sunset. What was it about sunsets that were so magical and romantic? Maybe it's the people you watch them with. I enjoyed being with Billie Joe so much. No scratch that. I loved being with Billie Joe so much.

Billie Joe kissed me one last time on the lips and looked up at me.

"We've been dating for 6 months today."

"Yeah I know." I said.

"Steph?"

"Yeah."

"I love you."

I looked at Billie Joe. He what?

"You what?"

"I love you."

I smiled and said, "I love you, too."

*Now*

It was one of the most romantic evenings I had ever had. And tomorrow. I just wanted it to be another romantic day.

**
It was in the middle of the day and I was extremely bored. There was no school because of teachers institute or something. I had spent most of the day just sitting around. As I walked into the kitchen, getting something to drink, the phone rang.

"Hello?" I said answering.

"Hello. Is Billie there?"

"Uhh, yeah. Just a second, I gotta go find him."

Lazily, I walked towards the bathroom door and began knocking.

"Hey Billie?"

"Yeah?" he said back.

"The phone's for you. What're you doing?"

"Tell them I'll call them back or whatever. I'm taking a shower."

"Okay."

I yawned as I picked up the phone.

"Who may I ask is calling?"

"It's Tre, Steph."

"Oh. Okay. Well, Billie's taking a shower. He said he'd call you back."

"Okay. But tell him that we want to know if we can have band practice there at 2:30."

"Okay. Will do. Buh-bye."

"Bye, Steph."

I hung up the phone, walking into the living room with my water. I flipped through some channels until I came across music videos. No good ones were on but I just watched them anyways. It was around 15 minutes later when Billie Joe finally came out of the bathroom, scratching his head.

"Hey, Tre wants to know if y'all can have band practice here at 2:30." I said when he sat next to me.

"Y'all?" He said with a chuckle.

"Yes. Y'all. So what do you say?"

"I don't care."

"Well, then call him and tell him that," I said yawning.

"I will in a second. So," he said looking at the TV. "What're you watching?"

I closed my eyes for a second yawning again.

"Nothing really. I think I might take a shower though. Especially if Tre and Mike are coming over. But dude, I'm so tired."

"You don't have to. I mean, you like fine now."

"I'm in PJs."

"You're wearing shorts and a tank top. Not exactly PJs."

"Well, they're PJs to me."

Billie Joe smiled and saw the remote sitting next to me. He grabbed it and started channel surfing. I lifted my head up, about to say something, but yawned instead, bringing my legs onto the couch, sitting Indian style.

It was quiet for a second before Billie Joe started grunting in frustration.

"Holy shit! I swear they play all the good shows while we're at school, but whenever we're out of school, they play these boring shows."

"Well, duh," I said bringing my knees up to my chest. "I'm soooo tired."

"I can tell. You must've yawned like, 10 times in the past 5 minutes."

"I know! I mean, I went to bed at like... 11:00 something and woke up at like 8:00 something. That's more than enough. Speaking of time, what time is it?"

"Hell if I know. But, all I do know is that I need to call Tre."

As Billie Joe was about to get up, there was a low rumble. My cheeks turned red and Billie Joe turned his head towards me.

"Was that your stomach?"

"Yes..."

"Didn't eat breakfast?"

"Of course not."

"Well, go eat something."

"I'm too lazy."

Billie Joe shook his head and held out his hand to help me up. I scratched my shoulder looking at his hand. Finally, I took it and he helped me up. Of course though, I had to be all difficult about it.

"You're a dork," he said chuckling.

I just smiled, patting him on the shoulder. He patted me on the shoulder as well, but moved his hand to my lower back, leaning over, kissing me on the cheek. I smiled and looked at Billie Joe as we both walked into the kitchen. While I searched the fridge for something to eat, Billie began dialing Tre's phone number. I started humming some random tune as I pulled some yogurt out of the crisper.

"Tre?" Billie said into the phone. "Hey, it's Billie. Um, about the band practice. I'm sure it's fine. My mom won't get home from work until around 4:15 so yeah."

I heard Tre say something on the other line as I sat in one of the kitchen chairs, opening my yogurt.

"Okay, see yah," Billie said hanging up. "It's 12:56."

"Hmm," I said licking some yogurt off of my finger. "Yogurt is yummy. But it reminds me of pudding. Which is weird."

"I think both you and my mother are weird. Yogurt is disgusting."

"No it's not! Well, some are. It's either the brand or the flavor. Like, banana yogurt. It's disgusting."

"I like the fruit bananas."

"So do I but they don't make a good yogurt."

"I'll take your word on that."

Billie Joe looked at the floor smiling.

"Are you hungry?"

"Sorta. I think I might just eat a banana though."

"Got yah wanting some bananas?"

"Hmm?" Billie asked as he began peeling his banana and walking toward the kitchen table. "Oh. Yeah, I guess."

"Banana. Banana," I said as I finished off my yogurt. "Hehe, banana."

"I had a feeling that the word banana would turn into something bad."

"Hey, I can't help it that I have a bad mind."

"Yes you can."

"Okay, what's your excuse."

"I'm a guy."

"So, I'm a girl?"

"Well, girls are suppose to be more modest and innocent."

"No real girl is innocent. They're just good at hiding it."

"Okay, well. Then you just don't hide it well."

"So?"

"So.. nothing. But I bet you could turn just about anything that I say into something perverted."

"Nah..." I said.

We looked at eachother and said in unison, "Probably." And started laughing.

"What're you doing?" Billie Joe asked as I began using my finger to get the remaining yogurt. "That's why you use spoons."

"I like forks," I said licking the rest of the yogurt on my finger. "Hehe, I will fork you!"

Billie Joe began cracking up. I smiled at him and threw away my yogurt container. Billie Joe, who was done with his banana, just left his banana peel on the table.

"I'm so excited," I said sitting back down. "Tomorrow's our anniversary, you know?"

"Yeah, I've been thinking about it for a while. I can't believe it's tomorrow."

"Yeah. Me neither. I love you, Billie."

"I love you, too."

"You know, I was thinking about the first time you said that you love me."

"Really? Dude, that was a while ago, wasn't it?"

"Yeah. It was on our 6 month anniversary."

"Yeah. I love you, Steph. So much."

"I love you so much, too," I said with a chuckle. "You're my horny little boy."

He chuckled to and said, "Yes, and you're my horny little girl."

"Just imagine if your mother walked in while we were both saying this."

"Oh shit. Man. I wonder what she would say. Or think. That'd be funny. Her facial expression."

"Yeah."

I looked at my hands and began cracking up. Billie Joe started again as well.

"Her thinking, 'What the hell happened to my innocent little boy?' I could point out a few things. One, you got older. Two, hormones kicked in. And three, you probably started reading some porno magazines."

"Mike stole one once on a dare. Oh man. We were younger. I swear I had a boner for a week."

I burst out laughing.

"I'm sure you did. I'm sure you stole it from him and then started masturbating more and more and become the horny freak you are now."

"Why do you have to call me a freak, babe? Gonna make me cry. And then we're gonna have to snuggle to make me feel better." He said, adding a devilish grin.

I shook my head, "Yeah, right. You can snuggle with your pillow and magazines, little boy."

"You always make me out to be the bad dude. But dude. Look at you! You're like, a female version of me. Well, I mean. You have like the same exact kind of mind as I do. So don't even make yourself sound less corrupted, little girl."

I chuckled as he got up and threw away his banana peel. He walked over to me and put out his hand. I raised an eyebrow as he put it closer to me. While I was shaking my head, I grabbed his hand, him pulling me up out of the chair.

I smiled at Billie Joe as I stood in front of him. He looked so sweet, smiling back as me as I gave him a hug, him hugging me back of course.

"I love you Billie Joe Armstrong."

"And I love you Stephanie-"

"No! Don't say my full name."

"Why?"

"Because. I hate my middle name. It doesn't sound right with the rest of my name."

"Well, I still love you."

"I love you, too, Billie," I said kissing him on the lips.

He smiled and kissed me gently on the lips, back. He kissed me again, but not as gentle. I knew where this would lead if I didn't stop it. Smiling, I pulled away from Billie Joe.

"Aww, come on. We haven't made out in like, almost a week."

"Oh, how horrible for you."

"Baaaaaabe. Pleease. Come on. Besides, we have the whole house to ourselves."

"Yeah. But I gotta take a shower and you gotta get the garage ready for your band practice."

"That won't take long," he said kissing me on the lips, long and slowly.

I kissed him back just to make him think he had won, but pulled away. Teasing was always the best way to make him want more.

"But maybe I want to take a nice, long shower."

He kissed me on the lips again, this time slipping his tongue into my mouth, but again slowly. I started to give into the kiss but smiled, pulling away.

"You know, you're gonna make me cry one day."

"Hmm, you'll live."

"No I won't," Billie said pouting as he kissed my neck.

"You just won't give up, will you?"

"Nope."

"I'll bite you."

"Ooo kinky. Please do."

Billie Joe again started kissing on my neck again, nipping at it too.

"You know you enjoy this. Just, relax and give into my kisses."

Once again, Billie Joe kissed me, but passionatly this time. Little bastard. He moved his hands to my hips as he deepened our kiss. Damn. I knew I was giving into the kiss. Billie Joe was a good kisser. I couldn't help myself at times.

I giggled as he pulled me closer to him. I kissed him back and put my hands on his hips too. He chuckled as he was kissing me and I pulled away laughing. I don't know why, but I found that hilarious.

"You okay, Steph?" He asked as I was laughing.

"Yeah. I don't know. But I found that funny. Really funny."

"I can tell. But.." He said kissing me on the lips. "How about we continue this?"

I pulled away from his grasp and blew a kiss at him.

"Nah. I'm gonna go take a shower instead."

"Aw, fine. You always have to ruin it right when it's getting good though."

I shook my head as I headed towards to bathroom.

**

"I don't know why you wear make-up. You really don't need it," Billie said spitting toothpaste into the bathroom sink. "You have one of those natural beauties."

"Yeah, right. Besides, even if it was true I'd still wear make-up."

"Why?"

"Because," I said putting some eyeliner on. "I like make-up. It's fun."

"Uh, oookay." Billie Joe said putting his toothbrush away.

"What time is it?" I said putting some lip gloss on.

"I don't know."

"You're a lot of help."

"I know," He said with a goofy smile.

I shook my head laughing as I finished putting some eye shadow on, walking into the kitchen for the time.

"Ahah! It's 2:01."

"Yes, and your point is?" Billie Joe asked as he was heading towards the garage to practice a bit before Mike and Tre got here.

"My point is, that.. I don't have one."

"Riiight."

I walked into the garage, lifting up the garage door, walking down the driveway. I bent down, sitting in the driveway, smiling at what a beautiful day it was.

"Steph, we have chairs in here. You don't have to sit in the driveway."

"I'm fine. Besides, it's so nice out. I want to be outside at least a little."

"Okay," Billie said shaking his head as he put his guitar cord in the amp.

I was drumming some beat with my hands as Billie Joe started playing a song. I turned around to watch him as he mumbled the words to himself. I shook my head and smiled to myself, slowly standing up and walking into the garage.

After a few minutes, Billie Joe turned off his amp and set the guitar on the side. He yawned as we both just sat there.

"When you get older, would you ever consider having people call you Bill?"

Billie Joe looked over at me, thinking.

"Doubtfully. I hate that name."

"Woo! I was hoping you'd say that. Bill is way too serious. I think Billie is cute."

"Thanks," he said with a smile.

"I meant the name."

"Oh."

I rolled my eyes and said, "I think you're cute, too!"

He looked over at me with a smile and said, "Oh."

He got up from the chair he was sitting on and sat on the couch that I was sitting on, putting his arm around me. I looked at him shaking my head as I removed his arm from my neck.

"Billie, Billie, Billie," I chanted as I messed with my shoe laces.

"What?"

"Noooothing. Except that... I love you."

"I love you, too."

"Woo!" I said really loud.

"That was loud."

I just giggled as I continued messing with my shoe laces. I started untieing them, and then retieing them. Billie Joe raised his eyebrow at me until he poked my boob, looking away innocently.

I gasped and said, "Billie! You poked my boob!"

Billie looked over at me with an innocent smile and said, "I did nothing of the sort."

"Yes you did, you pervert!" I said as I shoved him.

"Aww, I'm sowwie," he said kissing my nose, and again putting his arm around me.

I shook my head as I was about to say something, until Billie Joe covered my mouth with his, kissing me.

"Billie, we're in your garage and the door is up. People can see us."

"It's not like I'm going to climb on top of you and rip your clothes off," he said kissing me again, with a cheeky smile.

I laughed and said, "But that old woman is out. You know, the one across the street from your house."

Billie Joe pulled away from our kiss and looked across the street to see the woman starring at us with her mouth open. We both started to laugh.

"Hmm, I have an idea," Billie said. "Follow my league. Let's really freak out this nosy old hag."

I laughed, nodding as Billie Joe moved closer to me, placing his hand on my face. While we were both smiling at each other, I looked down giggling. Billie lifted my chin up a bit so that our faces were really close. He placed his lips upon mine, kissing me long and gently. I was about to pull away when Billie Joe kissed me again, but harder. Placing my hand on his leg, I began to deepen our kiss as I moved my other hand to his face. Since the couch was facing towards the driveway, the old woman could see everything going on.

Out of the corner of my eye, I noticed her shaking her head as she put her glasses on. I smiled and whispered to Billie, telling him to look at her out of the corner of his eye.

"Wow, she really doesn't stop does she?" Billie said as he removed his hand from my face, placing it on my hip.

"No, I don't think so. She's way too curious," I said kissing Billie Joe's neck, rubbing his leg.

"Maybe she's enjoying it as much as we are," Billie Joe said, causing me to laugh.

"You mean as much as you are?"

"Oh like you're not even enjoying this."

"Well, I never said that."

Billie chuckled a bit as he moved his hand that was on my hip onto my upper side. I moved my hand up a bit more to his inner thigh as I kissed him deeply on the lips. Billie Joe slipped his tongue into my mouth, as he pulled me closer to him. While Billie Joe was kissing my neck, I saw the woman with her mouth still open, looking around to see if anyone else noticed this.

I saw the woman shake her head again, going inside the house. I giggled and laughed as she looked back again.

"Yes! She went inside," I said laughing.

Billie Joe pulled away to see. "That was so funny," he said removing his hands.

We both began to crack up. Billie Joe looked down, clearing his throat. I gave him a weird look.

"What?" I said.

"Steph, your hand.."

"Huh?" I asked looking down, noticing my hand was still on his inner thigh. "Oh! Sorry," I said removing my hand, while blushing.

"It's okay."

I chuckled a bit, clearing my throat, trying to change the subject.

"So, what time is it?"

"Dunno. Probably like... 2:15ish."

"Yeah, you're probably right."

**

"Sorry we're late. Woo! We're heeeeeeeeere!" Tre hollered, entering the garage.

"I noticed!" I said, also hollering back.

"Geez, what's your problem."

"I don't have one."

"That's good. Where's Billie?"

"I don't know," I said coldly. "And truthfully I could care less. He's an asshole."

Tre looked over at Mike.

Mike shrugged his shoulders and said, "Why do you say that?"

"Because he is! My friend just called me because her boyfriend had just broke up with her. She was crying. She loved him and he just broke up without even a good reason. And all Billie could do was say how she deserved it."

"Who's the friend?"

"Jennifer Kinsley."

"Oh.., her," Tre said, displeasingly.

"Don't you start, too. Look, I know she was a real bitch to you guys. But she hasn't to me. Even though you guys are my friends, I can't hate her for something that's none of my business plus didn't even happen to me. That's not fair."

"Yeah, you're right," Tre said, "Sorry."

"She's always been a good friend to me. And so when she called, I felt terrible. And I couldn't find the phone, so it was on speaker phone. Billie Joe knew that and right aloud he said that she deserved it. That hurt her. I could tell. She started crying a little more and said she had to go, hanging up on me."

"Hmm, that was mean."

"Yeah," Mike began. "I'm not saying I forgive the girl, but it was a while ago."

"Did he say anything?" Tre asked. "Like, a sorry?"

"Nope. He just said I didn't know what I was talking about and that Jennifer was a bitch."

I finished my sentence as Billie Joe walked into the garage, realizing Mike and Tre were here. As I was about to say something, Tre interrupted me. "Hey Billie. Ready to practice?"

"Sure," Billie said.

"Well, I'm gonna go call my friend back, apologizing for someone being an asshole," I said leaving the room.

Billie Joe sighed, shaking his head.

"Dude, that was sorta mean. Don't yah think you should apologize?"

"Hell no. She's a bitch. Fuck her."

"Steph?"

"No, not Steph! That Jennifer chick."

"Oh. Well I meant apologize to Steph."

"Oh. I don't know. I guess. But later, we need to practice."

"Surely," Tre said, trying to juggle his drum sticks.

**
"Steph." Billie Joe said, knocking on my door. "Can I come in?"

"Sure, why not," I said, still a tad mad at him.

Billie Joe opened the door, closed it, and walked over to my bed, sitting on the edge of it.

"I'm sorry about before Steph."

"You should."

"I am. I keep grudges. I don't like to but that's just the way I am."

"Well, don't feel bad. I can keep grudges. But my main problem is that I'm a bitch when I'm angry," I said eyeing him. "So sorry for calling you an asshole earlier."

"It's all good. I was," Billie Joe said twiddling his thumbs. "So do you forgive me?"

"... Sure. I don't want to. But I will."

Billie Joe looked up and then down at me with disappointment.

"I'm joking Billie."

He looked back up smiling and said, "I knew it."

"I'm sure you did."

"I did!"

"Right.. so are Mike and Tre still here?"

"Yeah, you wanna come hang out in the living room with us? We might go see a movie considering it's really fucking boring here."

"Cool. Sure!" I said smiling.

We both left my room, walking into the living room. Billie Joe took a seat on the couch as I sat next to him.

"Thank God you two are back! We're bored! Entertain us," Tre said.

"How could we entertain you?" I asked.

"I don't know. Just do it."

I rolled my eyes.

"How about we go to the movies then?" Billie offered.

"Mmkay," Tre said. "Are you in for it Mikey boy?"

"Suuuure," Mike said getting up. "Wanna go now? The movies probably will start soon."

We all agreed as we headed out.

**
Billie's POV

The movie we were going to see was suppose to be a scary/thriller. I had never really seen it advertised on TV though. I couldn't even remember the name. We all got our tickets and walked in right when it was starting. There was a hell of a lot of people inside so we just took an empty row in the back. Hopefully the movie would be somewhat entertaining because I was seriously bored.

"What's this movie called again?" I asked leaning over to Tre.

"Uh..." Tre started. "I don't remember. Ask Steph."

"What's the name of this movie?"

Steph looked at me, thinking for a bit and said, "Something about something being in a closet I think."

"Oh. I see."

Steph smiled at me as she turned her head, watching the movie. I turned around as well, wondering what the hell was going on, considering everything was black, except this bright little light in the middle of the screen. You could see quite a few people, as the light got brighter and brighter. I looked a little at Steph, who was focused on the movie. She was wearing a black spaghetti strap tank top. It was pretty revealing. I couldn't help but stare at her bare neck and almost completely bare shoulders.

Truthfully, I was a little horny. It wasn't my fault! I can't help but think these things that most parents banish their kids from thinking about. My mind has always been known to wander. It was more Steph's fault than mine. I know, I know. I'm pathetic, right?

I draped my arm around her neck, keeping my eyes focused on the screen. She looked over at me, smiling sweetly, placing her head on my shoulder. I smiled.

After a few minutes of trying to get into the movie, but of course not, I turned my head, lifting up Steph's. I smiled a devilish smile as I kissed her neck. She tried to ignore me at first, but I knew it wouldn't work for long. I began to leave more soft kisses up and down her neck, nipping at it every once in a while. I could see her smile slowly starting to spread across her lips, causing me to smile even more as I nipped at her neck once more.

Back to Steph's POV

It may had been only 15 minutes into the movie when Billie Joe began kissing my neck. I knew he'd attempt that sooner or later, but I sort of figured later. At least half an hour into the movie.

"Billie," I started. "I want to watch the movie."

"You can. I'm not stopping you."

He nipped at my neck once more, chuckling a bit under his breath.

I just sighed, trying to ignore him. Sadly though, I knew it wouldn't work. I turned my head, facing towards him, who was grinning. He kissed me on the lips gently, happy that I gave in.

Tre snorted as he whistled, causing someone to scream, "Shut up!"

"Go fuck your mom!" Tre said.

I giggled while Billie Joe kissed me harder, slowly deepening to kiss. He must've been pretty desperate considering he basically pried open my mouth with his tongue.

"Desperate?" I asked as he pulled away for a breath.

"No," he said, kissing me once again. "Just something else."

He didn't even have to tell me. I could read his corrupted little mind.

I couldn't believe Billie Joe had gotten me to start making out in the theater. I've only did that once with him and I felt so embarressed. It feels like everyones watching you. But this time Billie kept me so focused on us, that I didn't even care.

**

"Did you guys even watch the movie?" Mike asked us as we waited for Tre's mom to get here, who was giving us all a ride home.

"Yes!" I said. "Well, part of it," I finished, starting to blush.

"Riight."

"Hey, don't blame me. It was Billie Joe's fault."

Billie Joe, who had barely been paying attention said, "What? How was it my fault?"

"Oh gee. I wonder."

"Ha fucking ha."

I stuck my tongue out at him. "Nice comeback before in the theater, Tre," I said mocking what he had said.

"Shut up. I thought it was funny," he said poking me.

"It was, but only because it was stupid."

"Well, you'd know stupid."

"I'm sure I would. I don't hang out with the brightest crowd."

"Haha!" Billie started, "She called you stupid."

"... And there's my proof."

Billie Joe smiled like an idiot until he said, "Hey! I get that! Meany."

I just chuckled as I patted Billie Joe's head, him swatting my arm away, placing his own arm around my neck again.

Mike rolled his eyes as Tre's mom pulled up.

"I call door!" Mike said.

"Me too!" I said quickly.

"Damn you guys," Billie Joe said, removing his arm.

We all got in, Billie Joe stuck in the middle of the back seat. After Mike was dropped off, we were dropped off next. Tre and his mom said good-bye to us as we headed inside the house.

"Your mom's car isn't here. Is she working late again?"

"Dunno," Billie Joe said playing the messages from the answering machine.

It was Ollie, saying she was going to be late for real this time and would get home at maybe ten-ish.

I sighed as I looked at the clock which read 7:17. "We should've waited to watch the later movie. Now we've got a lot of time to spare."

"Yeah. But we did kill two-in-a-half hours."

"Yeah, by making out. All because of you!"

"Hey, you shouldn't have worn that tank top. It provoked me."

"Yeah, I'm sure other things provoked you as well."

"Well, maybe."

After a moment of silence, and Billie Joe whistling some stupid tune, the silence was finally broken.

"So!" He screamed.

"Retard!" I screamed as well.

"Ha-fucking-ha."

"Yeah! I know." I said in a smart ass tone. "You know, I think that was the longest you and I have ever made out without it going somewhere else."

"I think you're right."

"Yerp. However, I did have a lot of fun."

"Yeah, all because of me."

"Psh, I'm probably the best kisser you've ever kissed."

"Truthfully, you're right. I think."

"Hm," I started. "How can you be totally sure?"

"Well, we could test it out a bit more." Billie said following where I was going with this.

I nodded in agreement as I got up, pulling him up with me until we reached the wall. He pushed me against it, his body already being pressed against my own. Even though we had just started kissing and getting more into it, we were already moving our bodies to Billie Joe's room. We ran into the couch, making me giggle.

"Wow, we have good aim," Billie said as we nearly tripped over something in his room.

Finally, we reached his bed, him crawling on top of me after I had gotten on it. Our lips touched again, me deepening our kisses. I could tell Billie Joe was having a good time as he lifted my tank top up a bit, placing his warm hand on my bare skin. I smiled as we parted for a breath.

"Is it me... or is this happening really fast?" I asked, again during a breath.

"I don't know. Do you want to slow down?"

I didn't want to answer his question right away as I continued our kiss. Without almost even seperating our lips, I removed Billie's shirt.

"No. Do you?" I said with a cheeky grin.

More and more into the kissing and touching, we bagan to peel eachothers clothing off. This was happening rather fast. But I really meant it when I didn't want to slow down. After maybe 5 minutes, both our shirts, shoes, socks, and almost both our pants were off. I laughed as he upbuttoned my pants. He hesitated to unzip them as he placed his hands on my hips instead.

"Baby," I started inbetween breaths. "There's no need for hesitation. If I wanted you to stop, I would say something."

He looked at me before slowly, and still a bit hesitently, unzipped my pants. His pants were already off, and soon so were mine as we both pulled mine down. Billie Joe kissed my neck. Then he started to nip a bit at my shoulder. Our breathing was heavy by now. We both were thinking of what exactly was going to happen, but it was sorta in the back of our mind, until Billie Joe spoke.

"Steph," He said pulling away from the kiss, me not wanting to. "No Steph. Uh, where is this leading to?"

"Wherever you want it to," I said without thinking as I pulled his head towards me again.

"Well, where I want this to lead to may not be where you want it to."

"Where do you want it to lead to?"

"... Truthfully, I am ready for sex. But the question is, are you Steph? I'd like to, but if you're not then I don't want to. I could never forgive myself if I forced you. If you're not ready, then that's fine."

I took a deep breath, becoming really scared.

"I.. am. I've been thinking about it for a long time and I am." I took another deep breath. "Oh, my God. I'm so scared."

"Uh- are you sure?" He said kissing me gently to calm me down.

"Yeah. I really have been thinking about it a lot lately. I'm ready. I'm just scared because I've never done it before."

"Well, you're not alone, babe. I haven't either."

"I'm just.. really scared. Oh, God."

"You'll be fine. Just.. again. Are you sure you're ready? For sex? With me?"

"Yes.. I am. I'm positive."

Billie Joe smiled as he kissed me deeply. He leaned up a bit, opening his drawer, pulling out a box.

"Don't be scared." Billie Joe said. "Remember, I love you."
