Whatsername, chapter 4
"Hey Alex, Eric." I called to them as we approached them outside of the theatre. Alex turned around to greet us when she saw we had our arms around each other.
"Oh la!" She said in an annoying voice. Billie Joe blushed and removed his arm and I glared at Alex.
"Just stuff it." I murmured as we went back out to Alex's car. Alex went to drive and Eric sat beside her and I scorched into the backseat with Billie Joe beside me. I looked at him and scooted over so we could be near each other. I had definitely fallen for him, but he seemed somewhat nervous.
"Hey Billie, how come you are acting so nervous?" I asked him, hoping I wasn't intruding his personal space.
"Just that...I never really am that great around girls...and you're, to be honest, gorgeous..." He blushed again and I smiled. Yeah, I assumed he had been falling for me as well. I kissed him on the cheek and he blushed again ad slipped his hand into mine and I leaned against him. He was warm and comforting, I felt protected. I listened to his heart and felt his chest rise and fall from breathing and wished this moment would never end. Then we parked and I cursed to myself as we got out of the car.
