What is She Doing? She’s the Love of My Life., chapter 4

Sierra's POV

I was shaken awake by a dark figure. I rolled over, expecting to find the other half of my bed, when I fell onto the floor. I shook my head, noticing I hadn't slept in my bed.

"Sierra? Wake up. We're going somewhere." It sounded like Marie. She pulled me down the stairs, as I was not willingly awake. Marie brought me outside, and put me in the car.

"Are you awake enough to put on your seat belt?"

"Meh." I replied. I noticed it was really dark outside. I buckled my seatbelt and turned to Marie, who was already starting the car. "Where are we going?"

"You'll see."

We drove for about twenty minutes, then we came to a stop. I looked out my window and saw a huge fancy 20-story hotel. I opened the door, and tried to get out of my seat.

"You know, you have to unbuckle the seat belt before you can get out." Said a voice.

I looked up. "Hi Tre." My voice was flat and monotonous.

Marie ran around the car. "Tre!" she shouted. They started talking and ignoring me. I leaned on the car, realizing it must be late at night instead of early morning. I also realized how tired I was, and fell asleep.

Marie's POV

"Our date is going to be so fun! I can't wait! I hope Sierra doesn't... " I was cut off by a thump. I turned and found Sierra on the ground, asleep.

"Where's Billie?" I asked, hoping she wouldn't wake up before we had set up everything.

"In the private suite we rented. Want me to get him?" I nodded my head. Tre pulled out his cell phone, and called Billie Joe.

"Hey Bill, can you get down here? We have a sleeping beauty."

I started laughing at that. "What the fuck Tre? Sleeping Beauty?"

"Well Billie liked it!" he said, and turned around, back facing me, with arms crossed.

I wrapped my arms around him and put my head on his shoulder. "You know I was only kidding right? I would never make fun of a hot man like you." Tre turned around suddenly and wrapped his arms around me.

"I love playing the... " Billie walked out of the hotel.

He spotted Sierra and smiled. Tre started pulling me to a limo that was waiting outside the hotel. I smiled, and we both got in for a night of fun.

Billie's POV

I saw Sierra on the ground. I gently picked her up, careful to not wake her up. She moved slightly, and I thought of how she would look when she saw me in the suite with her. Okay, maybe that isn't a pretty sight. But I don't want her to hate me... Oh well.

I pushed the button for the twentieth floor in the elevator, when Sierra started to wake up. I carefully set her down in a standing position, holding her waist so she wouldn't fall. Soon we got to the twentieth floor, and Sierra's eyes fluttered open.

Sierra's POV

I opened my eyes and found myself in an elevator. Someone's hand was around my waist, and as my vision became clearer, I realized it was Billie's. I slowly looked up at him, and opened my mouth to scream.

"Sierra, please don't, come here... you weren't supposed to wake up but it'll do." He pulled me out of the elevator and into a large private suite.

After the door shut, I sat on a couch. "Billie, what the hell am I doing here? Why are you here?"

"Well, I don't want you to hate me... So I had Marie bring you here before her date with Tre. I just want to talk to you. Please?"

I nodded, knowing it was going to be very awkward. I waited for him to say something. After a few uncomfortable minutes, he said something.

"I don't... I mean, I didn't mean what I said at the concert. I was stupid. I shouldn't have said that. I barely know you, but I couldn't help but feel a... " He paused. "... pull to you. You're wonderful. I mean it."

My heart stopped in my throat. I fumbled for my phone. "Does Marie know that I'm here? Wait, don't answer that." I had almost forgotten Billie telling me she helped.

I got up and sat on the bed. I fell back, and closed my eyes. "Do you have clothes? Marie said you were going to stay the night."

Eyes still closed, I nodded no. "Well, here, wear this." He tossed me one of his shirts. I opened my eyes, and went to the bathroom to change. In the bathroom I looked at myself. My hair was a mess, and I looked terrible. I splashed some cold water on my face, and it made me look a little better. Running a brush through my hair, I stared at myself. I pulled on Billie's shirt, and walked out with my clothes in one hand. Billie was sitting on the couch watching some cartoons.

"You still watch these? I thought I was the only person that did this." I said as I sat down next to him.

"Well you were wrong, this is my habit. Every night before I go to sleep, if I'm not drunk or stoned, it's cartoons!" He replied, his voice cracking.

"Don't tell me your going through puberty again!"

"Oh god. I hope not, I don't want another crush on some fake celebrity."

Marie's POV

I looked at Tre's blue eyes and smiled. This dinner was very fancy. I never thought it'd be this fancy, and I felt I was dressed wrong. My dress was fancy, but not fancy like women at the restaurant were wearing.

Tre looked at his huge plate of food and my small salad. "What's up with your dinner? Trying to save room for the popcorn and candy at the movies?"

"Huh? Oh, sure, whatever." I took a bite of my salad, and tried to get my mind of what I was wearing.

Eventually we left, and I got into Tre's car amused. He had asked the waiter for a Beer, and when the waiter came with it, Tre took a sip and said, 'This is not the Cheech I ordered!' It went on from there.

Tre drove for about half an hour and stopped in front of a building. I couldn't see what it was, since it was so dark outside.

"Tre, this isn't the movies." I said, stating the obvious.

"I know. It's my special place. I only bring special people here."

He got out of the car and raced over to my side. He opened my door and helped me out. He grabbed my hand, and pulled me inside the building. When he turned on a light switch, I gasped. It was beautiful.

It was a two-story house, with a romantic mood to it. Tre led me up the stairs, and there was a king bed in a red master bedroom. The drummer dimmed the lights, turned on some romantic music, and turned to me.

I knew we were going to have a wonderful night.
