"The Hopeless and Green Day", chapter 10

(In Billie's point of view)

I made some tea for Alexia and she was shuddering.
"Are you okay?"
"No, not really." When I had woken her up, she was sweating all over. She had gone to the bathroom and changed clothes. It was 9am and she had been sleeping for 30 minutes. "Did I say anything, in my sleep?"
"No, no!" I said. I was lying.
"Tell me the truth Billie. My friends have told me I talk in my sleep."
"Well, yeah."
"What did I say?" I hesitated, but then thought that she should know.
"When I came in, you were yelling out that Tre made you better and that you loved him." She just sat on her bed, her eyes were open wide.
"Good, thing that it was only a dream." She said. She took a sip of her tea and then said. "So, why did you come in here?"
"You don't care that you were saying that?"
"It was a dream, it wasn't real."
"But dreams have a part of your life in it. It shows your deepest emotions."
"So, sometimes I dream of my little ponies, but I hate those toys. So what did you want to talk to me about?"
"Oh, I was just gonna say that Tre didn't mean to be so up front about you being pissed at him." I was about to get out of the bus but then Alexia said.
"I'm not made at Tre."
"Then tell him, not me. He thinks you're pissed at him." I was about to leave again but she stopped me again.
"I dreamt I was in room of mirrors, and that people were judging me. They didn't hurt me much, until they said that I didn't love Tre, then I yelled did I love him and broke the mirrors with a rock." I stood there and then left.


(In Alexia's point of view)

It had been one day since I had the bad dream and I needed to get a new song from Tre. I got my accordion and went to Tre's bus. We were still in Alabama and we were gonna leave for another city in a day. I went in there and nobody was in there. I heard the shower running.
"Tre?"
"Mike, I'm not in the mood for fooling around. I'm still sleepy."
"I didn't know you were gay Tre." I said. He opened the bathroom door and peeked outside. I could see that he had a towel around his waist.
"Oh, Alexia. I was just kidding, so... " He looked down and then he got out. I dropped my accordion. I covered my eyes with my hands.
"Tre please put some clothes on."
"Sorry but you got me at a bad time. I left my clothes on my bed." I put my head down and tried not to look. Curiosity got the best of me and I took a peek. He was putting on his boxers and I could see his waist. I took my hands off my face and laughed. "Why are you laughing?"
Tre had a curios look on his face.
"Oh, nothing." I tried to not laugh, but I would go into a small giggle.
"You peeked."
"No I didn't." I looked at him and he was only in his boxers. "Okay, yeah, I did. What do you expect I'm a horny teenager on hormones!" I laughed uncontrollably. Tre just chuckled.
"Let me, guess you laughed because I only have one."
"I'm sorry. I'm sorry!"
"Nah, it's okay I guess. It's the first time someone laughed though." Tre said. He put on his pants and came up to me. "Wait, you're horny?"
He raised his eyebrows and pointed at his bed.
"No I was joking, okay?" I put my hand on his chest, leaned on him, and laughed. His skin felt so soft, just like his lips on the day we first met. I could see his tattoos. I looked up at his eyes and they were baby blue. I blushed and he smiled. "I'm not mad at you okay, I'm mad at myself for not knowing how to feel."

"Okay." We kept looking at each other, eye to eye. He got my hand and put it down on my side. I put his hand around my cheek and kissed me. He kissed me for about 7 seconds and then he stopped. "You didn't stop me that time."
"No, because I know how I feel."
"Well, how do you feel?"
"I want to be with you Tre, but I know people would think it's wrong."
"We could keep it secret; Even from Mike and Billie and Mark and Jennie and everyone else."
"Yeah, but how long could we keep it secret?"
"I don't care how long, we keep it secret, I just want to be with you." He kissed me again and we didn't stop. He lead me to his bed and we sat there, doing nothing but kissing. He stopped me and said. "So, what did you come here for?"
He pecked me on my mouth. "Oh, I wanted a new song cause I already mastered the song you gave me but never mind." I kissed him again.
"You finished it? Damn you learn fast."
"Yeah, well I have a good teacher." I kissed him again and then I started kissing his neck.
"So you needed another song."
"Yeah, but like I said, never mind." I kissed him on the mouth but then I heard Mike and Billie. "Hurry, put your shirt on."
"Why?"
"Just put it on." I got my accordion and went on the bed. Tre had already but his shirt on. I started playing it and Billie and Mike came in. Then Tre said.
"Good, Alexia. Now I can give you a new song." Mike and Billie just looked at us. Tre's hair was still wet and my hair was kind of messed up.
"Okay, um Alexia what are you doing here?"
"She wanted some new lyrics so I asked her to play the song she learned."
"Okay, I asked Alexia but okay. Mike hurry and get your stuff."
"What are you doing?" I said. Mike got a bag and put clothes in it and some other stuff.
"Well, Danny asked Mike if he could stay over on your bus and teach him some more tricks with the bass. The thing is that I don't think you'll have enough room in the bus."
"Well, then I'll stay over here. I could sleep on Mike's bed."
"Umm, okay." Billie said.
I got out of the bus and went to get my stuff. Billie came with me to help.


(In Tre's point of view)

Alexia left and Mike just looked at me. I could stop smiling.
"What are you smiling about?"
"Oh, nothing so are you gonna teach Danny some tricks."
"Yeah, he asked so I said yes. He has a lot of potential."
"Yeah, so does Alexia." I picked up the accordion. Mike looked at me and then said.
"Dude you have something on your neck." I got up and look in the mirror. Alexia had left a hickie on my neck.
"Oh, I burned myself with some oil and turned brownish." I covered it up with my hands.
"Right okay, well I'll see you at the next stop." Mike left the bus and I stopped covering up the hickie. Then I heard someone coming in the bus. I covered the hickie again, but it was Alexia.
"You know if we're gonna keep this secret, you better not suck my neck." I told her. I pointed to the hickie and she chuckled.
"Shit, next time I'll remember." She got out a bag and brag out some foundation. She put it on the hickie.
"That's cold."
"Be quiet. It'll cover it up." She finished. "The make-over is complete. A brand new Tre Cool!"
She gave me a mirror and I looked at neck. It seemed like there wasn't even a spot of the hickie. "Now it's my turn to give you one." I got her and was about suck her suck. She giggled and pushed me off. "Oh come on you got to be a vampire."
"Come on, Tre is we're gonna do this we need boundaries. Okay first, no hickies, second, no holding hands in front of anyone who knows us, third, no kissing if front of people, none! Fourth, so cute names in front people."
"Oh, come on honey bunny!" She smiled.
"Not of in front of people, and I think that covers it. No wait, and most important, no telling anyone."
"Okay, okay. Come on one hickie! You can cover it up anyways."
"No, Tre!"
"Well, I'll force you!" I did the vampire stance that Dracula does to control women.
"No, Tre don't!" She played along with me and started getting closer.
"Now, I will sink my teeth in your neck!" I opened my mouth but then we both heard some foot steps, she got off me, onto Mike's bed, and started playing her accordion again. Mike came in and looked around.
"Okay... I forgot my tooth brush." He went to the bathroom, got his tooth brush, looked at us weirdly and left.
"This gonna be one tough year." Alexia said.
"Yep, but it'll be wonderful too." I said. I came up to her and kissed her. "Cause now I'll be with you."


(In Alexia's point of view)

Tre and I had fallen asleep late from fooling around in bed. We did nothing since Billie was there but were make-out a bit. We went to asleep at about 2am in the morning. I had woken up in 9am in Mike's bed and Tre was still asleep. Billie wasn't there and I was hungry so I looked in the fridge. I found some whip cream and I had an idea. I got it and came up to Tre. He was sleeping soundly, I could hear his breath. I got the whip cream and sprayed it on Tre's lips and some got on his neck. I licked it of his neck and he woke up.
"What the... " He noticed the whip cream and licked it off. "I didn't know you liked the kinky stuff." He got off and kissed me. I tasted the cream and it was sweet.
"Well, you never asked." I got some more whip cream and put it on his neck. I kissed it off.
"Remember no sucking."
"Yeah, I know."
