Apples Don't Fall Far From The Trees, chapter 2
"Awesome?" asked Billie laughing
Tre nodded and went back to listening to their kids play. The 3 men stayed and watched the whole of the practice. When it was over they all looked at each other.
"They are gunna be big" smiled Billie
"No... Huge" corrected Mike
"Defiantly!" grinned Tre
The 3 dads went downstairs to find the kids raiding the fridge,
"Hey you guys leave some for us!" Billie shouted
"Soooo how about Starbucks?" asked Stella
Billie snorted "Who does that sound like?" looking straight at Mike
All of a sudden Frank, who had shoved as much food as possible in his mouth shouted something.
"MMMMFTHGINGY"
"Dude swallow!" giggled Ramona
They all waited a while as Frank had to try and eat all of the food at once,
"Tomorrow, you got a fight, remember?"
"Oh yeah... cool" smiled Stella
"Heeeeey wait tell us about it!!!" sulked Tre
Joey told the confused fathers about what had happened and they laughed but they got interrupted when Adie walked through the door with Jakob.
"Hey guys" she sighed as she put the keys on the kitchen counter
"Hey everyone" yelled Jakob
"Hi Jake" everyone replied
Just as Adie was about to ask about the fridge being empty Joeys Cell went off. He talked into it for a while and then hung up.
"So?" asked Ramona
"Yeah spill. Who, what, why?" asked Frank
"It was Pete; he wants us to go down the Decay, because something's going down." Joey said while putting his coat on.
"Did he say what?" asked Stella
"Nuh he just said to hurry"
"Let's go then!" smiled Ramona
"Wow" interrupted 80
"Decay? What's the decay?" she demanded to know
"A place"
"What do you do there?"
"Things"
"Could you be more helpful?" she was getting pissed now
"Nope sorry Mom gotta go!" yelled Joey as all the kids ran out of the house.
"I give up" sighed 80 as Jakob ran upstairs to play on his XBox
"I wanna know what the decay is" whined Billie
"Me to" pouted Mike
"Let's follow" smirked Tre
"Ummmm stalking our kids is low... even for us" laughed Mike
"So?" asked Tre
"Lets just go" Billie said making up his mind
*** With the kids***
"I wonder what the hell is so important that Pete would phone us." Ramona panted as they were running
"Yeah! It's so weird!" added Frank
"Well the faster we run the faster we get there to find out" yelled Stella as they came to the bend before the decay.
Little did they know they're Dads were close behind them.
Well now I think its time to tell you readers about the Decay. The decay is a big empty strip of land. It is blocked off and only a handful of people know where the entrance is. There are all sorts of things that go down there as you can imagine, Music, drugs, Sex, Booze. But it was big enough to have privacy in. Well the Green Day kids had gradually become well know there, but for themselves, not for Green Day.
Other Groups of kids had become jealous of the Decay, and formed Gangs to try and take it by force. If you think about it, it was kinda stupid but nevertheless they still fought. And soon 3 Groups where formed:
Bleach: This is the group that Joey, Stella, Frank and Ramona where part of. Everyone in this group helped found Decay. There where lots of different styles but in Decay, there were no labels.
Damage: This was the smallest of the 3 groups and hardly ever caused Bleach much problems, Damage was weak and never managed to cause any damage, which is why everyone thought that they should change their name
Immortals: Bleach's biggest problem, they could cause mayhem in Decay and often got really violent. Bleach secretly feared them, as they always brought weapons.
As the 4 kids came around the corner they stopped dead. There were the Immortals! In Decay!
"How?" choked Ramona
"Look" mumbled Joey pointing to one of them
"Guns" Spat Frank
"Cowards" growled Stella
Just as they started walking Pete came running up to them.
"Guys thank god your here!" He panted
He went in his bag and pulled out 3 guns.
"For emergencies only okay?" he stated
"Yeah" they all agreed
He ran off toward the riots,
"Shit c'mon lets go" Yelled Stella
They all ran after Pete,
Mike, Tre and Billie were speechless; they could see everything from where they were hiding
"Jeeze..." started Tre
"It's their battle" sighed Billie
"Yeah let's stay here, keep an eye on them, and if anything happens then..." Mike added
"Then we step in" agreed Tre and Billie
"80 would KILL us" Billie muttered
"Yeah, lets keep an eye on them" Tre said keeping a close eye on what the kids where doing.
Meanwhile the kids started to help anybody who had been hurt in Bleach.
Then there was a shot and Ramona screamed as a bullet just missed her, she turned around to find a girl pointing a gun at her.
"Shit" mumbled Ramona
Tre had gotten up, ready to run, but he didn't need to...
"Put your hands up bitch" laughed the girl with the gun
Ramona put her hands in the air terrified.
Stella had just kicked someone when she saw what was happening with Ramona; she ran up behind the girl and tackled her to the ground, making her drop her gun.
"Shit Stella thank you so much!" yelled Ramona
"Joey and Frankito came over,
"Fuck guys this is mayhem!!!" Shouted Joey
"Yeah someone's gunna get hurt!" Added Frank
"We should get out of here" agreed Stella
They started running towards the exit, but someone jumped Stella, it was the girls who she had knocked over earlier. She pushed Stella to the floor and started kicking her and punching her,
"Stella!" shouted Ramona but the other Immortals where surrounding them so they couldn't get to her.
Stella was putting up a fight and then she got the girl on the floor but then the girl kicked her ankle and Stella landed on a stone,
"Ahhh fuck" Stella screamed as a loud cracking sound came from her ankle
Joey punched the people blocking him from Stella and then picked up Stella, as she couldn't stand up and ran, with Frank and Ramona behind him.
As soon as they got out Frank grabbed his cell and started ringing his Dad, Then Billie, Tre and Mike stepped out
"Don't bother" said Tre
"Dad!" Shouted Frank and Ramona
"Why didn't you tell us that there was guns and things involved here?" asked Billie worried
"Nobody had gotten hurt before" sighed Joey
Mike was looking at his daughter's ankle
"Uhh guys?" he said worriedly
"What"
"I think it's broke" Mike said pointing at Stella's ankle
"Shit what we are gunna do?" asked Ramona
"80s gunna ALL of us!" whined Billie
"So how about we...
