"What An Asshole You Are Billie"-sequal to "you may not see me but im always with you Adrienne", chapter 18
*Recap*
"Adie, you've got to go back. You can't do this now" I say sternly, looking behind me to see Billie walking down the walkway.
"No Tre, I want you. You're the one I want! I want this baby with you and you only" She explains.
I look at her and pull her close, giving her a kiss. She responds by kissing me passionately, her hand holding the back of my head.
"You're the one I love Tre"
I hold her, hugging her tightly, looking over her shoulder to Billie where he is stood, staring back, eyes brimming with tears.
Finally, the words I've always wanted to hear have been said.
*end of recap*
*still in Tre's P. O. V*
"Like I said, I want you and I want this baby with you" She starts. I look at her for more.
She steps back slightly, looking me in the eye.
"But I can't" She finishes. I feel a pang in my stomach and my I feel my eyes mist over.
"But.. You said" I try, not finding the right words to say.
*Adrienne's P. O. V*
"I know what I said but you need to understand that I married Billie and no matter what happens between us, I'll still love Billie. What we had was special and to save us both the trouble, I'm going to have an abortion. I'm so sorry Tre" I says, stepping in to hug him.
"I'll never stop loving you" He sobs. I feel my head spin, memories of my dream before coming back. Why was my dream becoming a reality?
I let go of Tre and walk back to where Billie's stood. He gives me a weak smile.
"You heard everything then?" I ask, linking my hand through his. He nods.
"I'm really sorry" I say.
"Don't be. All that matters now is our future. Our future together" He says, giving my hand a squeeze. I hold onto him hard, just incase... Just incase my dream did come true.
"Bye Tre" I say, before turning round to go back up the walk way to catch our flight, which hopefully was still there. I see the kids sat on top of the suitcases, not aware of what just happened.
I sigh and look at Billie, he looks at me back. We smile at each other and walk towards the plane, hand in hand. Linked together with love.
And what about Tre you may ask? Well, what I had with Tre will stay in my heart. I want to be with him but I know I cant and I know that Billie is the one for me.
He will be a memory, a happy memory. But I have to face reality, and that reality is my love for Billie.
"Mum, Dad! Hurry up!" Joey shouts at us. I break my hand away from Billie's and bend down to pick up my suitcase.
"Right, England we come" I say cheerily, holding my suitcase in one hand and Jakob's hand in the other.
"Yep" Billie agrees, standing next to me with his suitcase and Joey standing next to him.
We walk onto the plane a happy family.
And I guess this may sound cheesy, but after everything Adrienne, Billie and Tre have been through I guess it's finally time to say...
'And they all live happily ever after'
