We Meet Again (sequel to 'I Dare You...'), chapter 2
*Tre's P. O. V*
Today's another day. I get to perform in front of a bunch of teenie's. I don't know why, but I've been thinking a lot about Allie lately. I guess since my last divorce I've been wanting someone and Allie has always been there for me. Even though we could only talk through the internet, we talked about anything and everything. She is still one of my best friends ever, even if we don't get to see each other. I really want to see her again. And she lives right here where we're performing; after the show I should look her up and go pay her a visit since I've been missing her so much.
*Allie's P. O. V*
So, it was the day of the Green Day concert and no one knows how excited I was and since I'm the boss of my office, I get as many free days as I want, so I didn't have to take off a personal day for this.
About 3 hours before the concert was is when I started to get ready. To get ready, I took a shower and used my one shampoo I only use for special occasions and got dressed. I put on my black spaghetti strap tank top that showed every curve of my upper torso. I hope Billie is happy 'cause I finally got bigger boobs. I wore my black Capri's and black cons. I tied my dark hair into a high ponytail. I put A LOT of eyeliner; my eyeliner is my best friend. Ask anyone, I am in love with my eyeliner. About an hour and a half later I headed to the place.
I drove my Camaro to the where the parking lot was and yes, I still have my Camaro I had in high school and it still runs like the first day I got her. It only took a half hour to get there, so I was there an hour early; even though there was a front row spot reserved for me, I wanted to get there early so I can watch them all set up. The show started at 7 and ended at 9. They were so awesome tonight. I love all of their songs and I especially love Billie's voice. He is so damn lucky to have been born gifted with that beautiful voice. They played all of my favorite songs; wake me up when September ends, minority, boulevard of broken dreams, Jesus of suburbia, and holiday, and a lot of other songs, but those 5 are my favorite. I especially loved listening to them play boulevard of broken dreams 'cause I just love how Billie can do the 'ah, ah' part so perfectly. I try to sing their songs, but I'm no where near as good as a singer as them.
The more I watched them play, the more I noticed Jason White. He was kind of cute in his own way, but my three best friends had him beat by a long shot, but he did play the guitar really good. What was awesome was Billie bent down and started to touch everyone's hand, including mine, and I don't think he recognized me.
Well, it's 9, the show is over, and I get to go back stage and get to talk to my best friends again and see their families. I headed back stage and the guard stopped me, but then I showed him my pass and I went on back. I saw 4 rooms; 3 with each members name on it and the 4th door said 'Green Day' on it. I knocked on it. I heard a come in from the other side. It sounded like they were all getting drunk or something; but it wouldn't surprise me if they were. I opened the door and saw Billie and Mike sitting on 2 separate couches. Billie was sitting next to Adie and Joey and Jakob were sitting on the other side of Billie, fighting over something. "Hey guys," I said.
"Billie, I didn't know they were giving away back stage passes to this show," Mike said like he didn't want me there. He looked over at Billie and he looked back at Mike.
"Hey, is that how you treat your best friend of almost 16 years?" I asked. When they both heard that they whipped their heads back toward me.
"Allie?" Billie asked standing up. I just nodded and smiled. Billie ran over to me and wrapped his arms around me in a tight hug. "Oh my god! I haven't seen you in so long! You look great sweetie." He let go and let Mike hug me. He said the same sort of things. Mike let go of me; Billie looked me up and down. When he got to my boobs, he smiled.
"What are you looking at Billie Joe?" I asked.
"I see you got your boobs. They're a lot bigger then I remember." I saw the look on Adie's face, then she stood up and stood next to Billie, reminding him he has a wife. When Adie came up next to him, he looked down, coughed a little, trying to pretend he didn't say what he just said. I laughed a little. "Um, this is Adie; my beautiful, amazing wife," Billie said looking at Adie with his sweet eyes. She gave him the look that said 'we'll talk about this later." I shook her hand and gave her a hug.
"Adie, I have waited so long to meet you. You're so pretty, have a wonderful guy, and 2 adorable kids." Just then Joey and Jakob ran up next to their mom. When I saw them, all I could do I go 'aww. ' I knelt down next to their height level and gave them a hug. "You guys are so cute. They look just like you Billie; they're just mini yous." After I gave them a hug, they smiled, but then looked up at their dad confused.
"Oh, Joey, Jakob, this is Allie; an old friend he has known almost forever." After they knew who I was, they warmed up to me a little bit. We all went and sat down. Billie, Adie, Joey and Jakob sat on one couch while me and Mike sat on the other.
"Hey, where's Tre?" I asked. At that moment a door opened and out walked Tre.
"I heard my name," he said before he was in the room. He looked around the room and saw me sitting there. Once he saw me, I think he knew instantly who I was. "Allie?"
