The Chronicles of Victoria Green, chapter 2

"Ughh..." Kayleigh groaned as the alarm went off. "Yes, I know...I'm totally going to have a hard time climbing down that ladderish thing today..." Vicky said. "Ya know, we should really find out what it's called!" Kayleigh said.

"Well, I'm going to brush my hair in my bathroom. Just like...chill then you can go next haha." Vicky said.

She pracically dragged herself to her bathroom and looked in the drawer for her scrunchies. None found. "BILLY!!!" Vicky screamed as loud as she could. Now it was Billy's time to groan. She marched to Vicky's room and into her bathroom. "Where did you put my scrunchies?!?!?!" Vicky asked him, very seriously. "I don't know where your retarded scrunchies are! Why don't you check the drawer next to that one that's open? You're such a retard!" Billy said. Vicky opened the next drawer. There they were. "You suck!" Vicky told her brother. "You're a monster with blonde hair with green eyes!" Vicky added. "Well, thank you! Get ready and get to school, you retarded pest!" Billy yelled while walking through the hall.

Vicky put her hair in a pony tail with a red scrunchie. She put on her eye-liner. "I'm done," she told Kayleigh as she walked out of the bathroom. Kayleigh jumped out of Vicky's bed and walked to the bathroom. She put on her eye-liner first and then feathered her hair with the untencils in Vicky's bathroom. She walked out. Vicky was searching for a uniform in her closet. She picked out a navy blue skirt and a black polo shirt with a red tie. Then, she realized, she did her hair before her uniform. "Oh you suck," she said to no one in particular. She just put on her clothes carefully, hoping she wouldn't mess up her pony tail as Kayleigh just sat on the bed (she slept in her clothes, which were uniform, remember?).

"Okay get your butt up we're going," Vicky said as she pulled on her black Converse shoes. "Okay," Kayleigh said as she also pulled on her Vans shoes. They raced eachother down stairs, just to see everyone sitting at the table, a big grin on Vickys mum's face. Kayleigh and Vicky sat down at two chairs and started eating their orange juice and toast.

"Ya know what day it is?" her mum asked her. "Yes it's the day I'm go--I was supposed to go to a Green Day concert..." Vicky said, preteding to be solemn. "Yes it is. And I hope you regret getting five out of forty marks on your German test!" her mum told her. The rest of breakfast was silent, even the big mouthed 15-year old brother of Vicky's didn't talk.

Vicky, Kayleigh and Billy finished at the same time. "Bye, mum, dad!" Vicky said. "Bye, mum, dad!" Billy also said. "Bye, Mrs. Green, Mr. Green!" Kayleigh said last.

"Don't wanna be an American idiot!" Vicky and Kayleigh sang together as they walked down Vicky's driveway.

"Oh shut up, you retarded squirrels with Rabies!" Billy shouted at them as he walked by. "I think the baby's feeling cwanky today! Aww, poor wittle baby!" Vicky yelled to Billy, in a babyish voice. Billy just sighed and walked out the garden gate to get to his bus waiting outside. "Haha!" Kayleigh laughed. They walked a little further and opened the garden gate, since Billy closed it on his way out.

They walked to school silent. RING! RING! Went the bell as they raced up to school. They got there just in time to sit down in their desks before the teacher walked in. The first class was social studies, Vicky and Kayleigh loved it because the teacher was so nice.

"Okay, class," the teacher began, whom, I may add, had the name Mr. Myers, "Please take out your reports on the Treaty of Paris so I can collect them," he told the class, as they all searched through they're back packs. After about 5 minutes, the class had taken their reports out and layed them on their desk. Mr. Myers went around the room collecting papers.

"Turn to page 213 in your text books," Mr. Myers told the class. Vicky turned to page 213. But then, she just couldn't stop thinking about the concert...and...drifted off to sleep. She didn't dream or anything, she was just asleep.

"Vicky! Wake up!" Mr. Myers whispered to Vicky as everyone was getting their back packs ready to get to the next class. Vicky quickly grabbed her back pack and Kayleigh I may add raced out the class room. The day just dragged by and it was 7:00 already and Vicky was sitting on her bed, reading a Tiger Beat magazine.

She looked at the clock and got ready, she didn't really need to interact with the baby sitter, she was already asleep. She put on a Green Day tee-shirt and some black cargo pants. Plus her black Converse shoes. She put on her eye-liner, yada, yada, and by the time she finished it was only 7:20. She got her purse and hided behind her bed so her mum wouldn't catch her all dressed up and stuff. She twiddled with her thumbs for 10 minutes, thinking about the concert, when a rock hit her window. She walked to her window and opened it. She saw Kayleigh on the lawn as she looked down.

She climbed down on that ladderish thing...(No, no one's found out what the heck that thing is called) and jumped down.

"C'mon!" Kayleigh whispered as they raced to Kayleighs house to find Kayleighs mum sitting in her silver Audi. They both jumped in. "So, Vicky! How are you?" Kayleigh's mum asked Vicky.

"Fine, thanks," Vicky said, a bit uncomfortable about her escape.

"I'm so excited!" Kayleigh squeled. "Umm...I think the whole neighborhood heard that, Kay!" Vicky said, laughing, as was everyone else.

"Okay, we're almost there, girls!" Kayleigh's mum informed them.

"Yeah, BABY!" Vicky screamed. Everyone became dead silent.

"Okay...awkward moment..." Vicky said, awkwardly. Everyone began laughing again. They arrived at the London Arena. Kayleigh's mum looked for a parking spot in the parking lot.

"AHH!" Vicky screamed out of nowhere. "I think the whole neighborhood heard that!" Kayleigh said, smiling. "Har har very funny!" Vicky said, not amused.

"Okay, come on, guys! Oh, Vicky, do you have your ticket?" Kayleighs mum asked Vicky.

"Oh--yeah!" Vicky said. "Well, check just in case. If we're going to leave, it would be right now. It's 8:00," Kayleighs mum said.

"Okay," Vicky said, searching in her purse for the ticket. Luckily, she found it. HA! You didn't think she would, did you?!?! Okay...back to the story...

"Here it is, Mrs. Wember!" Vicky said. Yes, Kayleighs last name is Wember. I know you're laughing your ass off. Get over it! Anyway...

"Okay, lets go, then!" Kayleigh's mum said. They walked up to the ticket guy (the guy who collects tickets and stuff) and gave him the tickets.

"Enjoy the show," he said solemnly.
