Billie Joe's a cappella off of Nimrod makes an appearances in a music video, filmed by Mark Kohr in Los Angeles in November 1997. The video shows Billie Joe sitting on a couch and on a bed playing his guitar and singing the lyrics as random people are spashed across the screen looking into "space". Two of the "random people" shown are Mike Dirnt and Tre Cool.

This is 1 of my all-time favorite songs! No! This is my all-time favorite song! A lot of kids at my school like it too, because they always play it on their guitars at every Cultural Arts Showcase. I can play the tune on the piano! This song is just awsome!
