Dog Man Star is the one I'm desperately and obsessively looking for!! I'm convinced I'll find it in a charity shop (I found Coming Up and A New Morning recently in charity shops) - though if I don't find it soon I may cry. and be forced to buy it for ten pounds instead of two. And yeah, Elastica's got Justine Frischmann who was in Suede. I started typing out a whole bio of her, but then I remembered you have the John Harris book :3 I pretty much want to be JF, pre-heroin at least... she got to date two of the most eminently fanciable men from the 90s and she's generally a complete goddess <3

*h5 back* Yay! :D I like GD, though I rarely listen to them (though American Idiot always makes my top 5 albums ever), whereas I'm beyond obsessed with Britpop. I even told a guy in an Oxfam shop in Winchester that he was my soulmate because we were discussing Britpop and he listed Elastica (along with Pulp, Suede, Blur and Oasis) as the best bands of Britpop. I nearly cried with delight (I'd never met anyone else who had even heard of Elastica!). Britpop FTW! ^__^
