well you can always specialize on adolecents.
I like working with people with developmental disorders and behavioral problems (people must think i am crazy but i like it) or people with chronic psychiatric disorders.
I like to do the impossible, :))

Mental health sciences is basicly the same. I can call myself a behavioral scientis, anyone with a study of psychology of some kind can use that title. I studied at the University of Maastricht (A city (yes we call it a city :P) in the southern part of The Netherlands). There is no difference in universities here. There are all expencive but the state pays most of it and if your parents can't pay they even help a bit more. At some point you have to pay some of it back.
Musical therapy sounds nice.
Our major minor system should work like that but uni's are just not ready, otherwise i would have a minor orthopedagogics, now i have to do an other master for that :( and it's not like there gonna teach me loads of new stuff.
First thinks first i am thinking of doing a course in non hereridy brain damage. I would like to become a therapist but that is a whole other hurdel, traing job places (internships??) are difficult to get.
I also love to sing, i should take some training or lessons tough, people say my voice is good but i think i should use it better (technique is everything). I hate my new downstairs neighbour he complained about the music and singing, my next door neighbour told me he enjoyed it. Now i can only sing and play music softly, that is not really an option for me, it would be like playing your drums really soft when you should be pounding it like crazy ;)
I am gonna try and lend my bothers guitar and give that a try, my downstairs neigbour is gonna love me ;)
What kind of musical therapy are you intresed in. What sort of clients?

i am acctually working now, luckely nightshifts are not that busy. I get alot of paperwork done, if i ever get of this site he he.
i am still amazed by your mayor minor combination, here they just intruduced the whole mayor minor system but almost no university accepts you doing a mayor and a minor in such different fields, i finnished a head of the change so i only have a master in mental health science. (i have another title but i can only use that here).
where in the wide world are you from?
