same here.
i usually buy really massive shirts, and then wear them as a sort of dress haha. mens shirts are pretty good for that.
my patched hoodie has an exploited patch on the back, [which i'm probably gonna change for an adicts patch soon] and the front of it is covered in a few other patches.
i'm looking for a sleeveless denim jacket to put over the top of it.
i make my own stencils too. & i'm spray painting my converse shoes with a few logos on. : ]
how'd you make yr dress? i wanna see a picture :D

i hand sew everything :]
i use embroidery thread to sew most of my patches on, and if i want something plain i just use cotton.
i will post some pictures sometime =]
