Quotes:
Best quote from the best movie:
"If I had one day when I didn't have to be all confused and I didn't have to feel that I was ashamed of everything. If I felt that I belonged someplace. You know?"- James Dean in Rebel Without A Cause and the quote of my life.
"School is practice for the future. If practice makes perfect and no one's perfect what's the point of practicing?" - Billie Joe Armstrong
"You may say I'm a dreamer, but I'm not the only one."- John Lennon
"Dream as if you'll live forever, live as if you'll die today."- James Dean
"One day you’ll learn that cinematic love is just for beautiful people who have everything anyway."- RoMak and the Space Pirates
"And you will be able to find a designated smoking area outside the state of California."- A very wise airplane attendant I encountered on a flight from Oakland to Las Vegas
"If I'd observed all the rules, I'd never have gotten anywhere."- Marilyn Monroe
"You can try to kill me a million times more, but you cannot defeat me. All you can do is destroy yourselves with your own judgments.- Charles Manson. A man that fasinates me and scares the living shit out of me.
"We're not against the soilders, we're against the war."- A very wise protestor that stopped thosands of people from getting killed at a Vietnam War protest in a 60's documentary I saw. Also I think pertains much to todays events, at least for me.
"You have enemies? Good. That means you've stood up for something, sometime in your life."- Winston Churchill

Dude, I've not even got to that bit yet! That's pretty good. You're probably better than me. Anyway, HBSM just came on. Oh ya beauty. Ya wee shiner.
SummerBreakdown.x, September 9th, 2007 at 05:10:08pm
Hell yeah. At the minute I'm learning to play "Whatsername". I'm on my way!
Aye right. Only a wee bit more to go.
SummerBreakdown.x, September 9th, 2007 at 04:59:35pm
Nice. HBSM sorta describes me, so I like that one, but I dunno my fave. I love their bass lines, especially King of Ska and some other one i can't remember.
SummerBreakdown.x, September 9th, 2007 at 04:56:24pm

SummerBreakdown.x, September 9th, 2007 at 04:33:22pm
wow at gilman!! do you remember any of that?? Yes I've seen Green Day, but only once though.. when they were in Rotterdam July 7th 2005 :D I was too late for the Amsterdam show they did 6 months before that one otherwise I would've seen them twice :( but yeah they really opened doors for me in terms of going to gigs and stuff :D although my seen live list is far from being like yours xD but then again I haven't really found any underground club thing like Gilman Street over here, I would love to have a place like that and get to know more underground stuff.. because honestly I don't really know anything too underground (but I'm checking the myspaces you gave me now xD) how often do you go there?
RebelofSuburbia, September 9th, 2007 at 04:16:50pm
oh thank you =] same to you :D I'm gonna try and check out some of those underground bands xD so did you see a lot of green day shows from older tours? because you saw a lot xD
RebelofSuburbia, September 9th, 2007 at 03:01:18pm
omg how did you manage to see Green Day 19 times?? o_O and you've seen so many bands I have yet to see one day xD
RebelofSuburbia, September 9th, 2007 at 02:05:41pm
Mehh.. he was ok. lol. He was wearing some kind of weird pajamas thing and pitails and he brought a load of cannabis plants onto the stage and was smoking pot. It mostly consisted of the crowd yelling "bow-wow-wow yippee oh yippee eh" over and over again!
Thanks for the tips! Can you actually get in to 880 or do you just have to mingle about outside??
Sherlock, September 6th, 2007 at 08:23:06am
LOL. Well Snoop was at a festival, so that explains all! Haha! I saw Green Day at Punchestown Racecourse in Ireland. They pwned my face! =D
I am hoping to visit the Bay next summer and drop in on some of the clubs, any recommendations??
Sherlock, September 5th, 2007 at 01:32:46pm
