Fruit and veggies are what I tend to go for as well. Fig Newton bars are a good option. I'm living with a family who eats meat regularly and I just don't find it healthly for my body anymore. They don't really understand why I feel that way though. They also don't understand why I feel like I'll be forever alone. I just don't feel safe around people. They think I'm playing mind games when I have an anxiety attack over that kind of thing. Sorry for ranting. :L
