Yeah, I had always heard use tomato juice, but we didn't have any on hand right when he got sprayed, so instead my mom decided to wash him with a douche hahahha. She had heard it from her friend that said that worked, so we did that and it worked for his body but not his head. Then we tried toothpaste, shampooing it about 5 times and that didn't work either so we finally just got a specialty skunk odor remover which did the trick.
BUT OMG the real smell is so much worse than like a normal skunk smell on the road. It smells like a mixture of rotting meat, sh*t, and then skunk. ITS TERRIBLE. BLAHG.

DUDE! My dog got sprayed by a skunk! AND HE SMELLS SO BAD AND THE SMELL WON'T GO AWAY. I'VE TRIED CLEANING HIM WITH EVERYTHING. OH THE HUMANITY.
