Conspiracy Theories
Okay, so first off, I'm new to GSB. Hi, my names Kayla. I've been looking around and I find your guys views realy interesting, so I thought I'd maybe post a blog of my own and see what you guys think.
Now, the topic of this blog is really random, but it was just something that I started thinking about earlier.
I'm a member of a lot of debate forums and things, and I always see lots of Conspiracy theories and things. Thats not a bad thing, obviously, its natural for us as human beings to questions things. The strange thing about it is though, it seems that all the major tragedies that have occured in the world - And I mean ALL - Have some sort of conspiracy theories attached to them.
The main one that's floating about a lot is about 9/11. Others are about things like the holocaust, wars that have happened in the past and are happening now, the titanic sinking, etc.....Even the deaths of celebritys get questioned, even when the reason they died is widely known...
I know that with things like this there are a lot of questions involved, but it just seems that people can't accept that bad things simlply happen in the world, and that there dosn't have to be some insane conspiracy behind everything.
People seem unwilling to accept things like 9/11 and other tragedies and terriost re lated, and I think a lot of the time people come up with conspiracy theories and things because there afraid about what the truth could mean.
But we can't hold the truth forever. Sometimes we have to accept that things happen as they happen, and trying to cover it up with a random theory isn't going to change that.
