life's good and then it all falls apart and everyone expects you to move on
so i went to a 40th birthday party with my parents and it was all good. free drinks (things that are free are always welcome), good music and everyone was having a great time and laughing. then we heard someone screaming from outside and all the children were curious to see what was happening so they all ran outside and came back inside crying. everyone was wondering what was happening. someone had died from a heart attack. i didnt know the person but it is so horrible to see people screaming and crying. it brought back such terrible memories. when i was ten i experienced a baby's death. it was traumatising as i knew the baby and it had suffocated and there was horrible screaming and then the ambulance came but it was too late. lifes ups and downs are unexpected and can be so hard to get over. lifes unfair
I know how that feels and I hate it.

I'm sorry about that, even if they don't know you, you still feel attached just being there. people do expect others to move on but it is unfair, some don't want to move on because that means to completely forget what that time meant. If you want to talk, PM me.
