Bombtrack is a very catchy song with an excellent bass intro. It is very hard to listen to this song without moving. The drum and guitar line combine to make a perfect rhythm. With the vocals echoing this song produces the best beat I have heard in a long time. 4 out of 5.

Killing in the Name is probably the most well known song. The bass and guitar is a masterpiece in this song. No wonder they put it on Guitar Hero II! This song has meaning to it. "Some of those that work forces are the same that burn crosses." People aren't always what they are made out to be. RATM at its finest. 5 out of 5.

The bass intro for Take the Power Back is utterly amazing. From the start I new this would be a great song. Tim C. shows his true talent on the bass in this. With a funk-like chorus I couldn't help but to move to this.
Perfection. 5 out of 5.

Settle for Nothing is a very different style of a song for RATM. It has emotion and has a different singing style. There are a lot of quotes I think are worth mentioning in this song: "Yes, I dwell in hell, but its a hell that I can grip. I try to grip my family, but I slip." "If we don't take action now, we'll settle for nothing later. We'll settle for nothing now, and we'll settle for nothing later. 3 out of 5.

Bullet in the Head...I haven't really listened to this song very much. Despite other RATM songs, it did not have as good of a bass intro. I am not too crazy about this song. I still like this song, but this isn't really the greatest song on the album. 2 out of 5.

Know you Enemy is probably my favorite song on this album. I just started dancing the very first time I heard this song. Tim C just brings funk to life! The guitar line also gets me jamming. This must be what RATM is all about because I cannot listen to them without moving! RATM at its true best. 5 out of 5.

Wake Up is pretty different from the usual Rage. It has very fun wah-wah pedal action in it and seems a little retro. Pretty interesting. Recommended. 4 out of 5.

Fistful of Steel has a strange intro. Heavily distorted guitar and bass give this song a weird but wicked sense. Very weird song. All about cutting and suicide and what seems like high pitched screaming (more distorted guitar.) "Huh! Check it...uggh! Silence...something about silence makes me sick, 'cause silence can be violent, sorta like a slit wrist." Probably my least favorite song. Gives me bad images. 1 out of 5.

Township Rebellion is awesome. No questions asked. Very funky. Recommended. 4 out of 5.

Freedom is the average of RATM. Nothing really that much different. Sounds strangely like Township Rebellion....? Or is it just me? 3 out of 5.
