My fortune...?
I got hungry just a few minutes ago so I went and got one of the fortune cookies I got from a Chinese restaurant yesterday. I love seeing what the pieces of paper will tell me about my life. Well...I opened the cookies and ate one half. As I was eating it, I looked at the fortune and it said "Do not look for happiness. Happiness will find you." I never thought anything of fortunes, but I am starting to wonder. I think I am trying to hard to recieve joy. After Richard, my ex-boyfriend, killed himself, I vowed to never love again. I am the ONLY one standing between me and happiness. I now have something to thank people for. Maybe they aren't so bad? Maybe I am just guarding myself? I am the enemy...

Fortune cookies don't really work, but sometimes they can describe you so well that it's creepy.
