Paris Hilton ... Geeez.
What the hell is wrong with her?
She's treating the judicial system like it's her dog ... Geez. she's making a mockery of it. How much was the judge paid to let her get out of jail after apprantley only serving 5 days in prison.
Yeah, not even 5 days, her lawyer made sure she checked in a few minutes before midnight, which counted for that whole day .. and the night she checked out was a few minutes before/after midnight, again, so she got that whole day, without having to serve it.
"Paris Hilton was on the brink of a nervous breakdown."
why? because there was no;
- Phones
- Designer clothes
- Dogs for her to treat badly
- 'Proper food'
- Private time [why? so she can make more sex tapes?]
So, she's under house arrest for 40 days ... She was supposed to serve 40 days in prison, but her sentence got cut to 25 days in jail, she couldn't even last a full week!
Paris Hilton knows she was in the wrong, so why the hell did they let her off so lightly? from her wreckless driving someone could've been injured or god forbid, killed because of that stupid idiot on the road, drunk at the wheel.
Normal people, like you and me, would be in the slammer for a lot longer than 40 days and we wouldn't have been let to be under house arrest with a tracking device on our ankles. so if we can't why can Paris Hilton and many others? ... Well, Where it can .. Money will talk .. and it will talk a certain socialite out of her original sentence.
It's crap. She should be put back in jail, and she was probabaly crying wolf when she said, "on the brink of a nervous breakdown." my arse. When you know your gonna spend the rest of your life with a record and life in jail, I'd consider that an exscuse for a breakdown. not spending 25 days of your luxourious life behind bars dressed in something you 'wouldnt be seen dead in.'
I say she should go back into jail and serve 40 days ... and be treated like any other person in jail. not like a snot-nosed spoilt bitch.

I think that's dumb that they let her out of jail for that. A lot of people probably have nervous breakdowns when they know they're going to jail, and does anyone do anything about it? Nooooo of course not! >:|

nevertheless i'm kinda twisted about something. i don't think you can put celebrities in where all the other prisoners are because they would get bullied and probably hit even more than "normal" prisoners
but the rest; i totally agree. she already got a lower time for FINALLY showing up IN TIME to the court once. I mean HELLO?!?!?!?! isn't that normal to show up ON TIME??? and yeah, she should go and sit in jail and think about what she's done.
she'll think that she can always get away with it like that. she won't learn her lesson. she'll only learn that with some money and some drama she can get out of everything. thats just wrong
