Kurt Cobain's death-suicide or murder?
I honestly believe it was murder.
I got most of the information in this blog from justiceforkurt.com, as well as one of my Nirvana-fanatic friends.
When Kurt was found, the heroin needles and whatnot were in a box. So, considering he injected 3 TIMES THE LETHAL DOSE, which almost immediately incapacitates or kills you, he would not have had time to have put the needles and stuff in the box, then pick up a gun, and shoot himself.
Not to mention he was shot with a shotgun, not a pistol or handgun, so squeezing the trigger, to shoot his head, would have been nearly impossible, because the kind of gun he used is pretty long, I'd be surprised if his arm was long enough to reach down the barrel and squeeze the trigger.
Then there's the suicide note. None of it could actually be considered a SUICIDE note, it was more like a resignation. Except for the last few lines, which didn't quite match his handwriting-it's too large and loopy. Scan of the suicide note.
And I find it really hard to believe that he had such an immunity that he wouldn't be affected by that much heroine, as some have said.
Many of those close to Kurt at the time of his death said he was not suicidal. Courtney Love's friend Joe Mama visited him in rehab on April 1st, the same day he checked himself out and said he looked "f*cking great!" This is a list of quotes by different people who knew Kurt, and did not think he was suicidal. My favorite is the one in red by Peter Cleary, who says basically, that no one thought Kurt was suicidal until he died, when Courtney started telling everyone that Kurt's hospitilization in Rome was the result of a suicide attempt.
I don't really know how to end this, so...I hope this blog has at least made you think, and you're a little more informed.

After Kurt checked himself out of rehab, Courtney went driving around LA with Joe Mama, who had visited him on April 1st, and Joe said he looked "f*cking great!" According to justiceforkurt.com around the time of Kurt's death, many of those close to him said he did not seem suicidal.

David Grohl, who used to be the drummer of Nirvana has said that Kurt was a bit ... strange and (I don't remember the excact words) not quite himself.
Maybe it was suicide.
Only Kurt and his potential murderer knows

I believe it was suicide, but, quite honestly, I don't really care about Kurt Cobain. The man is dead. There isn't much you can do about it =/

to be quite honest, ive thought about it many times, i read his big book of journals that wre published, they are really beautiful, and all ive got to say is that i dont care how he died anymore, who cares, Kurt is dead, who ever did it, we'll never know (or maybe we will) but the important thing is at least he left this world impacting it, he made great music, he did something for us, so for that, i thank him.

I think that it was murder. It seems like the only logical explanation that many people, such as myself, are lead to believe.
I really don't think it was suicide and I agree with the shot gun theory. Unless he had super long arms or used his feet, either one is most likely impossible. When they found him it's said that he still had his shoes on so he couldn't have used his toes to pull the trigger.
What I wonder is, who did it, how they got away with it and why? Hmm.. It's another one of those "how did they die?" mysteries. Certain things I guess might be better off in the unknown. On the other hand I really wish I knew the truth. Until then...
R.I.P. Kurt Cobain
<33 Great blog.

I still believe it was suicide, considering everything that was happening in his life at the time. its so sad that such a brilliant musician was so miserable. If he truely did commit suicide because of all his fame, hes probably rolling in his grave now. All it did was make him more famous.
