Today I had to go to church!
Well I was pissed enough about the way they acted!
They always act weird about how I dress!
And the way they act over money really pissed me off!
So I wrote a song about it!
Feel free to comment about it!

Excuses for our money

Because if god is there, there's no admission

Alot of churches do meet out on the grass. Or in nature. Its pretty amazing when its outside. But first off if your interested in religon or the bible (I'm not trying to force that on you if you aren't just saying on a sidenote) It'd be good to skim around the bible a bit. Go online and see what you can find. And remember, whats always comfortable isn't always the best. Religon is about being offended because most often the things that offend you are the things that are going to change you and your perspective as a person. :D

I do agree. Religion isn't supposed to be about money.
I just find it hard to listen to the priest talking about Christians not being a matirial church when everywhere I look I see all this marble and gold.
If it was up to me, I'd just make church be out in a field, right in nature.

I've been to churches like that. It does suck but you just have to find the right one if you do want to attend church. Its hard but try not to group all christians into one thing ya know? I go to a nondenominational (its christian but its just more laidback. They don't care about how you dress or money really) Find a good nondenominational and get into the youth group if they have a good program. You'll be amazed at how different it is from protestant ect. Just some advice. But I do agree with the song on a whole. Religon isn't about ehe money its about the relationship. its sad that thats what religon is turning out to be these days. Anywho, decide to listen to my comment or not it was a suggestion

i think its good your questioning these things. I really do, you should listen to the song 'Religious Vomit' my the Dead Kennedys. I think youll like it, ill pm you the lyrics.

About an hour ago some jahovas witnesses came to my door, and wanted me to attend some preaching thingo, it was an old lady, so i couldnt exactly say no, i just nodded and she gave me a paper and then i said goodbye. I didnt want to be mean to them, but i think they didnt get that old lady to go around for no reason, they did it so we felt sorry for her. Im not religious at all, i believe there is a jesus and god and whatnot, but i dont believe in them, i dont want people forcing this upon me, and neither do you.
