A little bird told me he went to Yale and got better grades than Kerry. Now, I don't know if that means anything to you, but It says something to me.
True, but I read somewhere that Yale is the 11th best University in the World and Oxford is the 8th.
What happens if you end up going Oxford and getting a top first class degree?
Then you can come back in ten years time and hit me with a very big piece of bamboo and tell me I was wrong.
Hey Lex, I can supply the bamboo...my crazy grandma gave me some for Christmas. It's...oh, six feet and some change.
=O Wow! See ya in 10 years then! Don't let the pandas at it
Thanks for that, guys.
Whilst I may duly relish the prospect of being hounded by two unassuming young adults with a rod of bamboo, don't forget you both need your top class degrees at universities better than yale before you can abuse me.

wow, unique standards. I havn't been in here for awhile, so I look in here, and people are plotting to abuse one of my fabulous artilce writters with bamboo.
Oh, say can you see? By the dawn's early light.
What so proudly we hailed at the twilights last gleaming.
Whose broad stripes and bright stars..
Through the parilous fight.
O'er the ramparts we watched
Were so gallantly streaming..
And the rocket's red glare!
The bombs bursting in air..
Gave proof through the night.. That our flag was still there
Oh, say does that star spangled banner yet wave?
O'er the land of the free
And the home of the brave.

FUCK AMERICA!
Care to explain? That had nothing to do with any countries leaders...
I think george fucken bush is the worst political leader,
because everything he does and says affects the entire world.
He has the most power which is not a good thing considering
he believes in unjust wars. Innocent people are going to die/have
died because of this fucked up man. Of course BLOODY
Saddam Hussien or however the fuck you spell his name
is fucken bastard who deserves to fry in hell, but George
is guilty of many peoples death too. if that made any sense at all...
Even though a lot of you might think so, Bush isn't that bad of a president. He could be torturing people in horrible ways. He could even do that to his own country if he wanted. At school we were reading a book called Night. It was about how people were brutally tortured in concentration camps, just because of them being jews. THINK ABOUT IT!! WE ARE LUCKY NOT TO BE LIVING LIKE THAT!
[QUOTE="Billie JoeYeah, I read Night. And of course, he could be worse. you're right in that respect. But compare him to every president we personally have ever had as a country. By and large, i'm thinking he blows chunks.
In terms of the world, though, he's far from the bottom. But in my book, he's written of sparingly.

Yeah, that's true. But I think that a lot of people underestimate him. We should support our country during this time of war instead of complaining about how we shouldn't be there.
i dont liek the developing countries whon get the aid and stuff or money onloan from the IMf and world bank and just spend it on fire arms while there citizens are left to starve and not have any education
In their defense, that's cultural in part, and the effects of imperialism.
When Europe (it wasn't just France and Britain, they had the majority of the colonies, but there were other countries too) had imperial control over Africa, India and China, they divided the land. With China and India being mainly homogenous societies, it wasn't too big a deal where lines were drawn. But tribalism in Africa was a pretty big issue, because the lines Europeans thought suited Africa separated tribes that were friendly with one another and "united" tribes that were blood enemies.
So then there's a clash of which tribe has control over the area. And as always, it's the person who has the gun, or the most guns, or the biggest scariest guns.
So they buy guns because it's a power struggle, and ninety percent of Africa is third-world because power changes hands too frequently for any corporations to invest there and industrialize. And because it's so undeveloped with such a large population, that's why people are starving.
I swear half of you don't undertsand politics, for all of America's faults, it is still a free nation with largest economy, so no George Bush isn't the worse political leader, for example there is no slave/child labour in your country, you have free education and access to medicine that's alot more than other countries.
but the only resource most of you get is television and the internet, which is a courrupted media resource whose main acheievement is to demotise George W Bush.
THANK YOU! atleast SOMEONE understands politics in here!
